Welcome to our little slice of paradise on Marco Island. We hope you enjoy our place as much as we do. Our cozy and bright unit located on the 2nd floor will provide you, our guest, with all the amenities and comfort you come to expect.
Relax and sip your favorite morning coffee or tea while viewing the picturesque morning sun, sparkling heated pool and well kept grounds.
The space:
Our unit has been updated and includes a large sectional couch, a 50" UHD Smart TV, high speed internet with WIFI and a table for 4. The oversized bedroom has a coastal king size bed with a dresser and chest and plenty of closet space. The bathroom has been updated with a walk-in shower and sliding shower door enclosure. Full kitchen with appliances and basic amenities.
A very well kept coin laundry facility is located just steps away.
Additional secure space for storage located next to laundry room.
2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and a cooler located in storage.
Free assigned parking and plenty of guest parking
Bicycle rentals available on island.
Bike storage facilities on premise
Other things to note:
All guests must be registered and approved by the condo board of directors 20 days prior to arrival. Forms will be provided. If you are attempting to book within 20 days of arrival please contact me as soon as possible for assistance in expediting forms. Smoking not permitted inside or outside on the balcony. No Pets.
