Once you’re ready to relax on the crescent beach, feel free to walk right on it, as the Chalet provides you with direct beach access. After your day at the beach, end your day here as well, with a tropical blended drink in hand as the setting sun turns the sky a brilliant orange.

To make this even better, the balcony features two stunning views: One of Marco Island spreading out in front of you and the other one of the sugar white sand and sun sparkling off the turquoise ocean of the Paradise Coast. You also have a view of the heated. You’ll spend a lot of time swimming in that refreshing water, luxuriating in the hot tub, and relaxing with a good book on one of the palm tree-shaded sun loungers. The tables lining the pool deck make the ideal setting for a poolside barbeque you cook up on the outdoor grills. You can also play tennis or pickleball, work out in the fitness center, or get to know your neighbors in the social room.

Tropical modernity is the theme for this condo. Modern furniture and fabrics beautifully express the luxurious feeling of the Chalet, while tropical décor and paintings fill the sun-brightened interior, reminding you of what lays beyond the sliding glass doors. The kitchen has stools along the pass-through countertop and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to create everything from a formal dinner to frozen cocktails to accompany the sunset.

In addition to ample closet and drawer space, each bedroom comes with a television and sliding door access to the balcony. The master bedroom, in particular, also features an en suite bathroom with a stunning shower and bathtub.

The unit gives you everything you need for your comfort and convenience, like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You also have beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella.
