«This was our first stay at this hotel chain, we travel extensively so excited to try it. A bit further away from Marco Island and Naples than we anticipated but really comfortable and clean room, and huge bonus with the breakfast! Hotel seemed a bit understaffed - the sleeper couch lacked covers and pillows when going to bed, despite me indicating we were travelling with kids, and I had to wait 35 minutes to get covers which was not cool when kids are tired.
