Government issued ID and credit card used for the reservation are required prior to check-in. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) These must be submitted via the Check-In Form. Your room door code will only be activated after all these documents have been submitted

- One dog is permitted with written permission with a Non-Refundable $175.39 (Tax Included) fee. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar fee. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times other than inside the home in accordance with city ordinance.

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

- Safety Notice: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. No cameras face into the house or look into interior spaces
