Guest Access:

The guest will have access to the entire property, pool, hot tub and boat dock. There is an additional fee to heat the pool please ask us for details. Boat lift is available May through September. If bringing a boat outside this time frame please inquiry about using the lift. Boat lift can hold up to 5500 lbs boats.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in Granite Shoals. There are several community parks and boat ramps available to use. There is also a community activity center with basketball courts, tennis courts, playground and walking trails.



Getting Around:

You will need a vehicle to get to this property and around to local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

We are available by phone, email, text, Airbnb Message, or can be available in person if need be.



No pets are allowed at this property. If evidence of pets are found, an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.



Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.



In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.



As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.



The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.



The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.



Noise Ordinance: Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No exceptions! No amplified music or noise is allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors.

This house was perfect for my annual ladies trip. We had plenty of space in the kitchen and living room to hang out. The hot tub heated quickly. The pool was clean. There were enough water toys for us all to go out and look for birds. We had a fabulous time!

The pictures totally matched the property! We had an amazing stay even though we couldn’t use the lake the whole time because of the floods… would definitely go again! The bedrooms were really pretty and a perfect sleeping environment and the bathrooms were super clean with big showers. The host was very responsive about our needs and concerns re: safety.

Time, PLEASE slow down...

We had eight women stay at this property, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the seamless communication to the clean, spacious layout and stunning views of the pool, lake, and dock swing—everything was top-notch. The home had plenty of sleeping space, and the abundance of windows brought the outdoors in with gorgeous natural light and serene views.We cooked all of our meals during our stay and were pleasantly surprised by how well-stocked the kitchen was with all the essentials. There was more than enough counter and refrigerator space to handle everything we brought.Mornings started with a cup of coffee on the swings—and often turned into hours of peaceful lounging, thanks to the calming atmosphere and beautiful lakefront setting.Though a few boats passed by, the location sits in a no-wake zone, so it always remained quiet and relaxing.We especially loved canoeing through the nearby canals to explore more of the lake.This home is ideal for families, kids, couples, and absolutely perfect for a girls’ getaway. In fact, I enjoyed it so much I immediately checked availability for the 4th of July weekend to bring my family back.Highly recommend—I'm a frequent VRBO traveler, and this home ranks at the top of my list. Family Lake Trip

Our family of six had a great time in this well appointed lakehouse. Tons of water toys - kayaks and a SUP. Nice kitchen and spacious dining area but honestly we were outside most of the time enjoying the pool and the lake.

LBJ Birthday Trip

We came with family to celebrate our birthdays. This lake house is lovely. We couldn't have been happier. Our criteria is: On the water, hot tub, pool. This had it all PLUS!You really don't have to bring anything besides clothes and food. The kitchen has anything you need to enjoy your meals. They provided some beach towels in addition to the bath towels. There were enough sheets and blankets for the beds. Extra blankets were also provided. Light switches, drawers and cabinets were labeled - which I loved. The house was very clean.Outside was the real gem. The pool and the hot tub were fabulous. Even in the lower temperatures with the wind we were experiencing, we enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was used the whole time. The number of chairs and seating areas outside was impressive. The pool and lake toys were the best. We used almost all of them. Be sure to look in the outdoor toy storage and see all that there is. The paddle boarding and kayaking were a hit. It was easy to put in off the pier. We brought our boat and the owner's boat wasn't there so we were able to use the lift, which was great because of the wind.One wonderful feature was the swings at the end of the pier. A great place to have morning coffee while the sun rises across the lake.We are already trying to find a time to visit again. Thank you for the easy communication. The instructional messages were greatly appreciated!

Beautiful Thanksgiving Staycation

We had a wonderful time over Thanksgiving week. The cove is so tranquil and beautiful views of the lake from so many outdoor sitting areas along with the pool and hot tub. Lots of space in yard for kids to play and many fun pool and lake toys. The house was very clean and equipped with most items you need. Could use a few more baking pans, hand mixer and cooking utensils but otherwise fully stocked with essentials. We look forward to returning over the summer for some more lake fun. Thank you for the great communication pre and during our stay.

Weekend Getaway

This was our 2nd stay at this rental and the cleanliness does not disappoint! We enjoy the thoughtful details. The only issue we had was with the pool light AGAIN. When we stayed a month ago, we were told it was going to be fixed. Unfortunately it was not, and we were not made aware of it in the check in instructions. That is a hazard for young children swimming in an unlit pool at night. Not following through on a repair is why they received a 4 rating.

Beautiful house with great views and everything you need for a fun lake visit!

House is as described/pictured, and it’s in a great area with a good amount of privacy from neighbors. The house has everything you need (and more) to enjoy a lake visit! Kayaks, floats, beach towels, etc. Clean and updated rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen opens nicely and we spent a lot of time around the kitchen peninsula. The swings on the dock are such a nice touch and the breeze on those swings keeps the mosquitoes away. The pool is so nice and the hot tub gets hot hot! Comfy beds and pillows. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Great water pressure in the showers. Plenty of trash bags and paper towels and toilet paper. It was like staying in someone’s home rather than a rental property. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here and would go back again!

Great Family Weekend Getaway

Wow! The cleanliness of this property was immaculate. It was the very first thing we noticed. The quality of the linens, abundance of extras, and property set up was wonderful. We stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday weekend and we had the best time. Top 3 favorite things about our stay: 1. The house layout, pool and dock. 2. Very well kept and clean. 3. Close to grocery store and Marble Falls A few suggestions to improve on: 1. The pool lights did not turn on at night. When we reached out to the host, we were told they had been reported not working during the previous reservation. I wish they would’ve given us a heads up; I know things happen, but notice would’ve been nice, as we felt it wasn’t safe to let the kids swim at night like they wanted. 2. We are a family who likes to cook. Non-stick pans are a must and they didn’t have any. It was all stainless steel which is ok, just bring some cooking spray! 3. The umbrella on the dock looked like it worked, until it didn’t. It opened fine but after opening you could tell it was broken and very hard to get back down. Once we got it down, we did not use it again. 4. The water in this area is not ideal for jumping or swimming around the dock. Lots of moss made it not an ideal place to swim, but we did go out of the cove on our boat and swim in the lake. Great fishing! I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. It was a great house to make family memories! We plan to go back and enjoy it again!

LBJ getaway

Super clean great pool dock and hot tub

Everything was very clean upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool overlooking the gorgeous lake and the porch swings on the dock were a nice touch. Check in was smooth and host was communicative.
