Ord kan ikke beskrive skjønnheten i dette splitter nye 3 soverom, 3 bad basseng hjemme! Oppmerksomhet på hver detalj for den perfekte ferien har blitt satt på plass. Dette hjemmet har et lager gourmetkjøkken med Viking gasspis med hette og Thermador kjøleskap. Smart TV er i alle soverom og stue med direkte TV og HBO. Stue TV-området har Blu Ray-spiller, og blå tannhøyttaler for å koble til din egen musikk pluss et spillbryst. De to mester suitene er identiske med bad med eget bad og store regndusjhoder. Det tredje soverommet har 2 enkeltsenger. Det er også en full hall bad med dusj. Utenfor finner du en Viking BBQ grill, to spisesteder og et stort basseng med grunt solterrasse. Bassenget har varme til vinter og en kjøler for varme sommerdager. Det er en 43 fot dock med vann ... 30 amp elkraft tilgjengelig for ytterligere $ 50 per uke (vennligst be om ved bestilling hvis nødvendig). Kanalen har 12 fotutkast. Fiskere vil elske agn fryseren og kommersielle ismaskinen.

Family Oasis!!

La Casa Iguana was great! Having 2 master bedrooms with onsuite was so convenient as well as a full bathroom in the house. The pool was huge and shallow end perfect to relax! The chairs were comfortable and rolling coolers to make for the best pool day, and a bathroom poolside. We were lucky and got to see manatees on two different days. The house was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and all of the chairs, beds, and linens did not disappoint. Great location to publix, sombero beach, and restaurants. We would love to come back!

Pool area was perfect for everyone

We had a wonderful time! The living space was great for 4 adults and 2 children under 3 years old. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking and grilling. The pool area is awesome. We spent most of our time here. It even had a bathroom so you did not have to climb the stairs to the living space. It is a great location to attractions, beaches and restaurants. The only thing I would recommend is updating one of the king mattress and bed pillows. Thank you Island Breeze for all the information with check in/out and places to go during our stay.

Fantastic Mini Week

Absolutely perfect! Highly recommend!

We’ve rented many properties in Marathon over the years, and this home was by far the best of all of them. The house and grounds are extremely clean, and the kitchen is a gourmet chef’s dream. The attentiveness of the management company is superb. Although the weather didn’t exactly cooperate with us for boating and fishing, we still had a wonderful week with lots of gourmet meals prepared in the spectacular kitchen and served at the fabulous dining table with the handy lazy Susan. The linens were nice, and the beds and seating were very comfortable. We will definitely return!

Family Fun Vacation

Loved the house overall. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were very roomy. Plenty of space to gather together. Our favorite part was the downstairs/pool/dock area. Ice machine was a big hit and loved having a freezer downstairs too. A note- no bathtub available. Made it a little challenging with our 17mos old granddaughterr.

Perfect summer vacation!

It’s not too often your VRBO is better in person, this property exceeded our expectations. Our group of 6 had a wonderful time! The house had all the amenities needed and much more. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rain showers … AMAZING!!! The location was perfect and the backyard scenery was beautiful and relaxing. We were not bothered by the post office noise that was mentioned in several reviews. Do not let that deter you as it is very peaceful with an empty lot on one side and a vacation home on the other. We thought about what we would add to this house and the only thing we could come up with was rock speakers by the pool. We launched our boat at Ocean View Marina which is a two minute drive from home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We will be back again soon.

Summer Vacation July 4th

Where do I start…this place is beautiful! We have stayed a bunch of places and this is one of our favorites. We brought our boat the dock was perfect and close to the ramp. The pool was refreshing and we all loved the cute bathroom. One of our absolute favorites was the ice machine and those coolers were the BEST!! Trust me use them they kept our drinks cold for 2 days. Honestly the owners went all out the kitchen is fully stocked with everything the only thing we had to buy was some cheap plastic containers. It is in the perfect spot close to grocery store, deli, liquor store, and gym. I read people complaining about the post office trucks beeping early in the morning we brought our sound machine and it blocked the noise. If you are bringing your boat it’s in the perfect spot the harbor has great restaurants and gas. We enjoyed going through the harbor if you want a short cut go to the left it’s quicker. We will definitely be booking again.

Duex at La Casa Iguana

This was our second time staying at La Casa Iguana. Our first experience was so great we wanted to stay here again. We love the location and the house is perfect for 2 couples. This experience was a let down. The house was not clean. Apparently the previous renter had dogs and there was dog hair everywhere. The house was not as clean as the first time we stayed so we cleaned the house and pool the first day and turned our vacation around. Hopefully the next time things will be different...

Perfect Marathon Vacation Home For Us

My family loved the house and our stay in Marathon. The house was clean, updated and really well appointed/equipped. The place couldn't have been better for my family of 6 (sons - 21,15; daughters 18, 9...along with me and my wife). When we weren't out exploring my youngest daughter couldn't get enough of the pool (glad we picked a place with a pool!), and my younger son (an avid fisherman) spent hours fishing from the dock...not a ton of fish but enough to keep him interested. We saw manatees in the canal several times during our stay, which was a great bonus. If you plan to bring a boat this place is set up really well (nice dock, legit ice maker, 2 water hoses on the dock and fish cleaning table...there is power on the dock as well). The only negative is the proximity to the post office, meaning truck noise during certain parts of the day. Overall, the location was convenient; close to a couple of grocery stores and only a couple of miles (easy bike ride) to Sombrero Beach. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Relaxing vacation

The house is very beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The pool is perfect, there is a shallow end with a step off which was perfect for my kids. There is also a bathroom right by the pool which came in handy with young kids. The house feels very spacious and the rainfall showers in the bathroom were a nice touch. There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors for all of your meals. We cooked a lot of meals here and the amount of kitchen equipment/utensils was the most I have ever seen in any rental. One of our big issues was the fact that the house needed a good clean, there was dog hair everywhere (on all the furniture, rugs, and countertops). Another issue that cannot be corrected but is worth mentioning is the fact that this house is very close to businesses, the moving/backing up of trucks all night and early morning did become annoying. Overall, the house is very beautiful and made for a great vacation.

Beautiful Property

Every amenity you can think of! This house is loaded with towels, tons of kitchen items for the chef of the group! The house is gorgeous with two masters wit bathrooms an upgraded kitchen. The pool and ground are so pretty and management is there whenever you need them. Check in super easy. Will stay here again!!!

Perfection!!!!

Perfect is an understatement. The pool, the ice machine, the rolling coolers, the beautiful landscape made for perfect pictures, and the canal with the lights the owners thought of EVERYTHING for a perfect vacation. The kitchen has everything you could dream of needing and more! The bathrooms with the rain shower heads were dreamy! The sweet owners were a delight to work with. I promise this place will not disappoint!
