Our wonderful Oceanside waterfront home is just two minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and Vaca Cut. There are no bridges to the Atlantic, and it is super easy to access the Gulf via Vaca Cut.
This home has been completely remodeled and features brand-new furniture throughout. The 55-foot dock is brand new and awaits your boat. You can lounge on the wide dock and potentially catch dinner.
The living room features the Cindy Crawford coastal collection. The sofa easily converts to a sofa bed. Both rooms have high-end Stern and Foster king beds, which are adjustable.

Kayaking
We have multiple fishing kayaks at this location: Pelican, West Marine, and Vanhunk Kayaks. We have two carbon fiber paddles for the kayaks. Life vests are included. We have a Kayak dolly and a kayak T-Bar for those of you who have a pickup-type automobile if you want to explore. Always were a life preserver.
Boating:
Oceanside and Gulf side boating await those interested in exploring the Keys. Vaca-Cut is right around the corner, and the ocean is right in front of the home. We are also close to the 7-mile bridge, which offers excellent fishing.
If you hire a guide, you can explore nearby offshore beaches on the Gulf side that we consider comparable to or better than many of the beaches on Dr. Beach's list—try the Content Keys.
We use a standard Florida rental agreement within the online section of this service that includes waivers for swimming, equipment use, and pets. The agreement is available on VRBO.
We have almost instant access to Vaca Cut. Note that the current in Vaca Cut is swift, so kayaking and boating in this area can be very challenging. Stay away from Vaca Cut on kayaks. Boaters should be alert when traveling through Vaca Cut.
