Beautiful two bedroom two bath single family home with pool and spa with dock right on the water! Enjoy the beautiful sunset and bay views from our dock, deck or pool! Bring your boat and bathing suits and enjoy this wonderful home in the Heart of the Florida Keys!

Pool heat is an additional fee.

Chartered fishing trips, snorkeling trips, kayak, boat and Golf Cart available for rent upon request. We have established relationships with the local captains and rental companies to facilitate the rentals so that they are schedule and or delivered to the house prior to your arrival. The area is my favorite place to stay! We’ve stayed on this street over 10x. The pool was amazing, the views & dock were the best part! Super quiet area. The house is def old school Florida keys but a/c was cold bed was comfy. We had a few things that needed attention but Frank was quick to respond. We’ll be back

Amazing location

We really enjoyed our stay. You really have everything you need at the house - pool, dock etc. we spent countless hours fishing on the dock. The sunsets from the house are breathtaking. The house if older and could use a little TLC but the AC was cold and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the keys. We will be back.

Rustic charm and beautiful views.

We had a wonderful stay at this rustic, charming home! While it’s an older property with a few quirks, it truly added to the character and laid-back vibe we were looking for. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the dock was absolutely incredible—we spotted crabs, fish, and even sea turtles every day! And the sunsets? Simply breathtaking. This place gave us everything we needed for a memorable and peaceful getaway. We’d happily stay here again!

Host is not into details

While the location is outstanding and the weather was great, the VRBO itself was marginal. There was mold in the windows, the railing leading to the unit was broken, some lights did not work and it was generally not very clean. They were short on supplies, like we had to buy our own toilet paper. We did have 6 ibis visit the spa everyday, so that was fun. But I won't rent this VRBO again.

Keys Classic !

Great property, loved the pool,screened porch, pier for fishing and just great views, Host was great. We locked ourselves out once and he sent somebody to resolve the issue in less than 10 minutes.Place is kind of "Old School"but it was right for us. Gives of a good classic Keys Vibe,

Not what we expected

Pros: (1) Frank was very responsive to our questions abd overall, provided excellent service (2) The location was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of spaces to walk our dog Cons: (1) we paid extra to heat the pool, however, the birds that were using it as a bathroom made it unsafe. It needs to be screened in. Such a disappointment since we picked that house for the pool (2) the entire home needs to be renovated and/or

Great place to stay

Location is great. Sunsets are wonderful. You can rent or bring your boat and use the dock. If you want to fish from the end of the dock, you can easily do so. Swimming pool is private and family friendly.

What a fantastic week. The screened porch became my favorite spot. After the dock that is. Sure the place could use some updating as others mentioned, but it’s super clean, comfortable, well taken care of, and has everything you need. I’ll be back!

Comfortable

Yes the house is dated. However it was clean, a/c was cold and bed was very comfortable. It does need a bit of tlc. Back porch floor needs a good cleaning. Privacy curtain on living room slider would also be good. As that is the entrance to the house. Pool deck is painted dark gray and is extremely hot. Frank was great to work with and we enjoyed our stay. We were quite comfortable and very quiet. Best sunsets from screened porch. We will return next year!!

Great Little Gem

My family of four stayed here for spring break and had a great week! The place was just as described and was a perfect set up for our young kids. They loved the pool and we were very comfortable all week. The cleanliness of the house was subpar but the location was amazing! Thanks for a great week!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

The location is perfect, very quiet, very private. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Sunsets were spectacular. We fished and snorkeled every day. The pool was clean and we honestly have zero complaints about anything. Host Frank was very accommodating. We will definitely be back next year.

Premium price for a sub par home

We stayed at this unit prior to the most recent hurricane. We encountered blank mold in the master bath. The facets in the bath are so stoped up the water from them is pencil like. This bath had not been updated since manufacture. Living room furniture needs replacement all subpar as the kitchen deserves a complete overhaul. The positive and eye catching is the lot the house is located on. Excellent location.

A perfect key experience

Frank was an amazing host. Easy to get in touch with for anything. He had kayaks rented and delivered to the property prior to our arrival. The porch lights where on which was nice since we arrived after dark. The home is clean and well maintained. The private pier was an absolute treasure. We had 4 manatees that stayed around the pier most of the week. Many nurse sharks and a couple sting rays. We fished off the pier catching several but observed many more species of fish. The swim ladder was perfect so we could go snorkeling all around the shallow waters and then get back on the dock. The home is very private and located in a very nice neighborhood. The pool was clean and operational. We enjoyed it in the evening when it was to dark to swim in the ocean. We sat at the end of the pire to watch some amazing sunsets. The screened porch was so nice to have for when I had to work and for eating with out any bugs. It was fun the watch all the types of lizards and iguanas running around the back yard. 100% if we go back to the keys we will book this same home! Thanks Frank for everything!

Secret Grassy Key Hideaway

The Keys have been our home away from home for almost 20 years now. We drive down from Boca and go often. We have stayed everywhere from Marathon to Key West. But we have found one of our favorite spots to date! This amazing secluded retreat has some of the best views we have ever experienced from every angle of inside and out of the home. The home and island capture some of the old Florida charm coupled with the convenience of all the creature comforts a short 5-7 min drive away. You can choose to watch the Sunset from different places each day. From the private fishing pier, private ocean facing pool, covered outdoor patio and tropical screened in lanai. All the rooms have the same same amazing postcard views and both bedrooms have their very own outdoor siting areas. Last but differently not least is the best property manager that I have ever dealt with named Frank. He runs a tight ship and the cleanliness of the home and ease of booking, check in and departure will leave feeling like a VIP. Trust me that’s not something you receive everywhere so we don’t take it lightly. Our week in Grassy Key was exactly what my wife and I wanted and one for sure we will never forget. See you soon Frank and thanks again for the memories!

Great location

This property is located in a great area. Away from the busy road and the landscaping makes you feel secluded as well. We used the pool which was clean. The layout of the house is nice with the rooms being on opposite sides. Sunsets were amazing from the dock. The only things that could be improved would be the house getting a deep clean. It was quite dusty. And dishes were dirty in the cupboards. The house is not pristine but is safe and functional. And be aware you have to ask to have the pool heated which means the pool and hot tub will be about the same temperature. With the beach area, be aware it is a typical keys beach aka not sandy.
