As you walk-in, the tile throughout creates a sense of openness. The décor is nautical with creative touches. The living room boasts a leather couch and loveseat with a 55-inch smart TV and free WIFI. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, new cabinetry, stainless steel refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, glass-top stove/oven, microwave, a farm sink, and an island with 4 barstools. There is a toaster oven and a flex brew coffee maker that makes 12 cups or a K-cup single brew. We love to cook so the kitchen is fully equipped with an array of spices. With families in mind, the dining table seats six.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with an advance gel memory mattress, 32-inch smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has two queen size beds with an advance gel memory mattress, 32-inch smart TV and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Let us not forget the inside washer & dryer, linens, and pool towels.

When in season, you can harvest your own fruit. There are limes, mangos, papayas, and pineapples. With easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Ocean, this home is perfect for anglers and the water sports enthusiast. The deep waterway has a straight route to the Gulf with no winding canals. Within minutes in either direction and no idle zones, is the 7-mile bridge and Vaca Cut to enter the Atlantic Ocean. If there are rough seas in the ocean, the Bayside is typically calmer. The Gulf is where you are going to find lobster and excellent conditions for kayaking and paddle boarding.

After fishing all day, nothing is like cooling off in the pool haggling who caught the biggest fish. Keep in mind, the home has ample outdoor living space featuring a large deck with lounge chairs, tiki hut with dining table that seats six, two swings, 45-inch TV including music channels and two Adirondack chairs on the dock. There is a gas BBQ grill, tiki bar w/ stools, bait freezer, ice machine (makes 300 pounds of ice), fish cleaning table, electric, water and pressure washer, locked storage room, two bicycles, three kayaks (2 singles, 1 tandem) with life vests, 2 inflatable paddle boats with kayak seat attachments (you can use these off the dock, take on your boat and paddleboard at the sandbar or take them to the beach), four beach chairs, two fishing poles with tackle, and a bean bag toss game.
