Exquisite Home on Duck Key with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, with Cabrera Marble Countertops and brand-new baths.  

Enjoy a heated pool, outdoor living space, TV and Grill area, bar, and fantastic channel views.  A Tiki Hut at the dock includes a large fish-cleaning station. 

The steps to the left of the house bring you to the front door and the east-side deck. The outdoor deck is your grilling and outdoor lounging area with a TV, lots of seating, and a bar.  

The front door leads into the open-floor-plan main living areas, with cathedral ceilings, including the living room, dining room, and open gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has a Gas Stove and oven, a convection microwave, and all the kitchen tools you will need to feed a crowd. The dining room has 10 chairs for the table plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. The deck on the west side just past the indoor dining room has a teak table that seats 6 as well. We call this the morning porch for coffee and enjoying the pool view. French doors lead out to the decks surrounding the elevated pool.  

Walking past the kitchen, the hallway brings you to three bedrooms, all with king-size beds and their own TVs on this level. One hallway bath serves the two bedrooms, and the master suite has a private bath. In the hall, there is a staircase to the loft and two additional bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has a queen-size bed. They share a bath on this level. The loft has a TV, and one bedroom has a TV. This level also has a pullout sofa and a large desk for those who need workspace. 

Outside on the deck, there is a large grill with outdoor seating and a TV, and a bar with 4 bar stools and a few Lounge chairs around the pool.  

The Carport area has a full-size refrigerator for extra drinks, a bait freezer, and a 200 lb commercial-size Ice Maker. 

Deep-water dockage for just about any size boat with a 5' draft. 45' of dockage.

This home also includes two Sups (Stand-Up Paddleboards)

Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area. Some properties may also include a small welcome basket or additional guest amenities.

Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per pet, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. This property is dog-friendly. Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
