TU CASA ble etablert i august 2016 og er en helt ny, kjærlig dekorert-
4 soverom, 3 Full bad hjemme med et nydelig basseng, overbygd veranda, luksuriøst granitt kjøkken, overbygd parkering, privat brygge (med vann og elektrisitet). Ligger en 1/2 kilometer fra Sombrero stranden, ligger mindre enn 1/2 mil fra en matbutikk, flere restauranter, butikker og kaffebarer. Mer? Å ja! Marathon Key er hjemsted for mange attraksjoner og familiemoro aktiviteter! Du er sentralt plassert til Turtle Hospital, Dolphin Research Center, Crane Point Nature Preserve & Aquarium Encounters.

The place was amazing, has everything you need for your stay! Fishing was great from the dock and the ocean. The manatees will pop up and say hi every now and then. We definitely stay there again!

February Getaway

This property was amazing! My husband and I and 2 of our adult children and their spouses stayed for 11 nights. We loved the location and amenities that were provided. This was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had at a vacation rental. There were so many things to do- short bike ride to the beach, many fun restaurants (and ice cream shops) close by, kayaking, a safe bike path in front of the house, and a relaxing pool! The master bedroom and bathroom was big and very comfortable. The canal was so pretty and it was fun to watch the birds and other wildlife. Grocery stores were close and well stocked. Communication was always prompt, helpful, and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation at Tu Casa!

Perfect Family Stay

Family vacation

Was blessed to take my children back to where I grew up and had the best experience and stay! My kids enjoyed fishing daily (which turned into the hit of our entire trip) night time swims and our daily visitors the manatees. Loved the convenience of the beach right down the street as well as all local amenities right nearby. We visited key west several times and did a few local snorkel trips and enjoyed the restaurant recommendations as well. The property provided us with the perfect amount of space to all spread out and enjoy ourselves. Loved the convince of the grocery store and bait shop right nearby. When I asked my kids where we should go this coming summer it was a unanimous vote back to the keys ! Thank you so much for the memories

Marathon Magic

The property, Tu Casa, was simply stunning. With a pool, dock and an overall clean and comfortable living space, we had one of the best vacations in Marathon, FL. From fishing, visiting local attractions, kayaking, bicycling and snorkeling, fun and memorable times were abundant. Something worth mentioning - we didn't go out to eat - which was a first on a vacation. We went grocery shopping at the Publix right down the road and prepared all our meals at the property. It was perfect! We very much look forward to returning next year!

Honest Review

I wasn’t super thrilled to find out this was a duplex. I thought there would be a little more space so you’re crammed into one side of the house. That wasn’t in the listing. The house did smell like smoke when we got there probably from the people before us. Beth did send us an ozone air purifier to try to help with the smell. Beth was extremely nice and hospitable. The pool and tiki hut was a plus.

Family trip

We recently stayed at Tu Casa and found out it was a duplex, which wasn't clearly mentioned in the listing. However, the place itself was nice, there was a bunch of room for parking and our neighbors were friendly. The only downside was that the boat ride through the canal was quite far from the property. Overall we all enjoyed our stay!

Long getaway with extended family

We recently stayed 12 nights at this location. It was a cute house with a great pool! We loved watching the boats in the canal and walking down to Sombrero Beach. There were a couple minor things we noticed so I messaged the host and she responded right away. None of the issues were anything that needed tended to while we stayed, but more of an fyi message for next renters. The only thing that we didn’t love was that there wasn’t enough seating in the living room for the amount of renters. It only comfortably sits 5 so we struggled in the evening to all have a place to sit. It wasn’t a big issue and not something that would deter us from renting again, but more of an FYI if you’re coming with a group of 5-10 people, which the house sleeps. Overall, we had a great trip and the hosts have a cute house!

Excellent property and location for a visit to the Keys

This property was an excellent location for our family of 9 during our week in the Keys. Marathon offers many attractions and is central enough to enjoy day trips to other Keys as well. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and proximity to Sombrero Beach. It is very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores as well. The owner was quick to assist with all questions. The hide-a-bed mattress was the only drawback to this great trip and property.

Comfortable home, very responsive owner.

Great for our group of 8 adults. The weather was a little chilly, but the owner kept the pool nice and warm for us. Also very responsive and addressed the couple little things that popped up. Would definitely come back.

Nice Host But Big Snags

We arrived at the house with the understanding that there was a twin bunk AND two twin beds, which is what the description stated. (They have since changed the description). Beth was very willing to help get us an extra air mattress but it was very disappointing to pay the amount of money and then not have enough beds. Diane said she would bring extra bedding for us for the air mattress that evening, but we didn't receive it until the next day. The sheets were wet on two of the beds. We were told by one manager that it was just the type of sheets (They were definitely wet!). The biggest part was I was told that if I wanted sun during most of the day, that unit 1 was the unit to rent. The sun was out each day but the entire pool is shaded until around 3 and then it only gets about one third in the sun. The other unit is definitely the one to rent if looking for sun. This was a huge dissappointment. Two windows were cracked, the rug underneath the table outside was so old that it was curled up around the edges so we needed to put chairs on it so noone would trip. The strap to the kayak was broken so no seat. Beth did her best to be accommodating, but we would not rent here again.

Amazing VRBO Tu Casa

What a great house and owner! The house was very spacious, clean, neat and organized. The outdoor space was perfect to hang out in and lounge by the pool. The balcony was great for your morning coffee or nightcap. Marathon is such a relaxing place to visit. Beth, the owner, told us all of her favorite spots to eat and visit. She was right on the money. We will definitely book another stay at Tu Casa.

Family Time!

Tu Casa was absolutely perfect for our family! The house was fully decorated which made it feel you were in your own home! Our family from the 2 yr old to the Grandparents enjoyed the property. Great location close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Pool time was great! Took advantage of the bikes, kayaks and fishing off the pier! Beth was great in making sure we had everything we needed! Definetely would love to book again!
