Our executive apartments are situated in modern buildings, recently build, that offers all the amenities and standards from an executive line. The Polana Plaza I is composed by two bedrooms, one bathroom, open kitchen, living area, balcony and private parking.

The apartment is located on a high floor, in the Polana Plaza building, situated on the cross of Avenue Armando Tivane with Avenue 24 of July.

In the living area you will encounter a sofa and two chairs, a Smart TV with 50'' and a dinning table that seats 6.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, silverware and cooking ware. All sets are composed of 6 units.

In the building you will find a fantastic gym and pool on the rooftop, which the guests can use at any time.

Parking spot is in the underground of the building.
