Located in Cahuita, Air-conditioning. Villa Caribeña is absolutely gorgeously decorated, comfortable and very private. Property is 4 min walk from the beach, and the closest restaurant. The center of Cahuita and the National Park are 5min drive. The house is overlooking manicured gardens, full of tropical flowers, it is in a jungle setting where you can listen to the ocean, hear the howl of the visiting monkeys, spot Iguanas climbing the trees and a plethora of tropical birds, toucans, and sloths all from your own breeze deck.

The space:
Walk upstairs and you arrive on the large covered private deck with outdoor living room, dining area and balcony styled with top quality Restoration Hardware furniture. Step inside this light and airy California style beach house to an open plan living room/ kitchen, 3 bedrooms and bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom has lots of light and air. Property is fully fenced.
Wifi password will be given to you upon arrival.

Guest access:
You can use the entire upstairs (except the storage room), parking, and gardens.
You do not have access to laundry room and bottom level apartment.

From the center of Cahuita go towards Playa Grande.

You can use the beach road.

PASS Cabinas Algebra.

Go another 150 meters on the beach road and turn LEFT right pass the TENNIS COURT which is on your left side.

Stay on the unpaved road which will curve sharply to the right.

Keep on going about another 50 meters.

You will end up in front of a large metal gate.

Go through the gate to the end of the driveway.

Our house is at the very end of the road, it has a red roof and 2 floors. Bottom floor is turquoise color and the top floor is wooden.

Rincon del Amor and Splash are swimming POOLS that can be used for extra charge. There is a restaurant and bar at the pools with a full service at the pool.

We provide laundry services and house cleaning while your stay, if you need it for extra fee.

Here are prices for laundry washing:

$20/per full laundry basket washed, dried and folded.

Laundry washed and dried, but not folded is $15 per basket full.

If you want to just wash them and use the clothes line to dry them is $10 per basket full.

Full house cleaning $85 (takes about 5-6h).


Bicycle rental: CASH ONLY (limited supply, not always available).

We have 7 beach bikes for rent to our clients.
6 bikes have a basket and a back wheel carrier.
1 bike does not have a basket and a back seat carrier.
$50 deposit (we will return the deposit to you when bike and a lock/key is returned to us in its previous condition).


Cost: CASH ONLY
$10 per day /per 1 bicycle

You can rent bikes for any day of your stay, or the entire time of your stay, you have to return the bike when you are checking out or earlier when you do not need the bike anymore.

If you loose the bike or damage it to where it can not be repaired, you will loose the deposit and you will be charged extra $150 so we can replace the bicycle.
