Welcome to our home away from home! BRAND NEW Clayton home located just minutes from Toledo Tackle and the grocery store. Plenty of space to accommodate your group whether you are looking to wet a line with the guys, get away for a girls weekend, or spend some time with the family. Situated hillside in a quiet cove, enjoy the sunset views from the covered 40 ft deck overlooking the water or cozy up under the string lights around the fire pit.

The property has enough room to park two trucks and boats with ample outlets for charging. There is a subdivision boat launch just steps away.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need - dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, microwave, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, air fryer, blender, rice pot, and more.

The dining room table comfortably sits 6 for all of your game nights or gather around the oversized deck table for a sunset dinner.

The living room is open with a brand new sectional. Pop some popcorn and get comfy - a 55inch tv awaits you in this space.

The master bedroom holds a king size bed with pillowtop mattress. You will also find a 55inch tv located in this bedroom. Plenty of room for an air mattress if needed.

The master bathroom is spacious with a garden tub/shower combo. Linens and hairdryer are provided.

Guest rooms 1 and 2 each have a queen size bed and a closet for storage.

There is a Pack n play, toddler booster, and toys for the littles.
For an early check in and/ OR a late check out, you must request it and IF there`s not a FLIP (meaning no one is checking in or out on the same day as you are) during that time THEN, an early check in OR a late check out is available for a Fee of $25 (per request, via $25 for early check in and $25 for late check out)

Cajun Cove will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify
problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
Cajun Cove is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
By your confirmation, guests booking Cajun Cove are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
