Property was conveniently located just off I-57 highway. Facility is well maintained and nicely decorated. Breakfast was freshly prepared and had quite a few offering for my health conscious eating habits. Pool was clean but a bit on the cooler-side. Wish there were more pool towels available as I had to use a towels from my suite. Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable.

Property was well maintained and beautifully decorated. Staff were courteous and friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast offering on each day of my stay. Will definitely visit this location again when in the area.

Staff was very accommodating and put us in a quiet room, away from traffic noise. Comfortable bed with multiple types of pillows to choose from, which was great. Room was clean. Convenient location. Only comment was that the bathroom needs to be repainted and the tub had some rust stains.

Staff were great. Hotel is just off the highway so noise can be an issue with units facing the highway. Our a/c was also very noisy every time it kicked in.

Like: Quiet and room equipped with basic necessities Dislike: Front desk service was not helpful and did not care to find the answers to questions and concerns. I feel as if I was overlooked because of my color.

We arrived a day early for a 9:30 am funeral the following morning. Everyone was courteous and the lobby, our room, etc were all clean. After a good nights rest we packed, got in the car, and it wouldn’t start. Our battery was dead. The lobby staff had the maintenance man drive around to jump start our car as we knew AAA would not arrive in time to make it to the funeral. Did I mention it was raining? He would not accept a tip as he stated it was his duty to help! Needless to say, this hotel is a repeat if we are ever in Manteno IL again!

Charging extra to get in the room a little early so we could change to go to a funeral for my niece. Do i get money back for checking out early? I will look for a hotel that doesnt charge extra next time. And so will all my relatives that booked there too.

Clean quite hotel
Room was clean and nice bathroom definitely needs a fan for the moisture because you can see rust stains starting on light fixtures and bottom and top of the bathroom door. Bath tub needs higher handrails they are to tall for a high tub. Breakfast we were unable to try because we had to check out before 7 am and we were looking forward to that before our event at 8 am so we had to go elsewhere to eat. No hot tub bummer pool was very small. Nice and quiet hotel and clean and very updated just needs a few things like keyless entry instead of the cards don’t place by your phone or it definitely deactivated fyi

My husband and I have stayed at Country Inn and Suites before and genuinely like the Inns. Good breakfasts, comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice organization of rooms, irons and ironing boards available, hair dryers, a pool, coffee available all day etc. The hotel in Manteno, Il needs to put a steel handle outside their tubs for us older folks. Also, there, the ice machine on our floor didn't work and the snack machine was not fully stocked. Thank you for reading my review.
