Family visit

Very clean. No problems finding it. Beds were comfortable. Calling it Deluxe is a stretch though. It’s listed as three bedrooms when you search (and priced as such), though you have to read in the narrative that it is a 2 bedroom - the bunkbed is in a closet. Putting people in a room with no second egress is a fire hazard. Also, this property is a barndominium, which meant my nearly 80 year old parents had to go up and down a long flight of stairs every time we left.

Beautiful home and beautiful view. The property manager was very nice and informative (one great tour guide). The only issue was the location of the property at the top of the hill/mountain. For those used to such terrain it would be an absolutely terrific and enjoyable stay. Being from Florida that terrain was a bit of a challenge:>)

Everything was as listed and expected. My husband and I were traveling with another couple from ND and MN for our 6th annual Camaro (convertible) Tour! Great view, clean, all essentials provided. I would love to stay there again! Thank you so much!

One of the last best places. Where solitude meets paradise.

Perfect, as always! It’s always a pleasure to stay in your guest house. You and your family always think of the little things that make for a perfect stay! And, the location simply doesn’t get better than this.

wonderful getaway

We had a great time at this Deluxe Guest House with our two dogs and two young adult children. Access to the house requires climbing a flight of stairs - either inside or outside - just something to be aware of. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms had plenty of towels and extras like hairdryers, shampoo and bar soap. Full laundry room had what you needed to wash a load or two. As well, the kitchen was well-stocked with great coffee, spices and anything you need, really. The only itty bitty negative thing I can say about this beautiful and comfortable place is that the living room seating wasn't especially comfy, but we were out and about so much that it didn't make a huge difference to us. Getting to and from the property takes you on many curvy and steep gravel mountain roads but when you arrive, the views are breathtaking. We used the pond which was clean and clear and it was a great place to relax and cool off. We would 100% stay here again.

Everything you expected from Montana

An amazing property, truly. Having visited Montana before, I wanted my wife and young kids to get a real view of its scenery while also having easy access to Bozeman. This place struck that balance perfectly. The pictures don’t do it justice. The hosts were attentive and welcoming. The place was cleaner than anywhere I’ve ever stayed. The kitchen had the tools I needed to cook a real meal. We swam and paddle boarded in the pond. And we sat in the rocking chairs every evening, watching the wildlife pass by. There was little more we could ask for. Except a garbage disposal. Sorry—it was the only fault we could find after a six-day stay! If you’re considering this rental, all I can say is jump on it if it’s available.

The Perfect Quiet Paradise!

We had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay! We stayed there for a month (January) with our 3 teens and dog, and everyone loved it! Everything from check in to check out was a breeze, and the owners are SO lovely! The location is a stunning spot in the hills with breathtaking views of the entire valley. (I can't tell you how many pictures I took during our stay, ha ha). It was the perfect spot for daily walks in the hills with the whole family too. I'll also note that we all felt very safe up there. The rental space is almost brand new, and was impeccably clean. I'm a major neat freak, and I have to say this was the cleanest property we've ever had. They even had the space equipped with dish soap, towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, TP, paper towel, fresh drinking water jugs, you name it! She even had some treats and popcorn in the cupboard and fridge for an added touch. Everyone was very impressed! The master bedroom is HUGE, and the double sinks and beautiful showers were so nice. The garage was also large enough for our truck, ski equipment, and more. You're also on their home property, so if there's any issues they're reachable almost immediately. From the property, you're only a short drive down the hill to the town of Manhattan. They've got a grocery store, cafes, and a few cute spots on their main street. It's also a quick and easy drive to Bozeman. We did the drive almost daily, and it was a breeze. You're less than an hour to Bridger Bowl Ski Hill, and within an hour of some amazing hiking spots. We took our family and dog to some beautiful waterfall hikes, and scenic places during our stay. We would love to stay here again this summer. If we're ever in the area, this will be our first pick!

Incredible accommodations and amazing owners who thought if it all. We are very grateful for the opportunity to stay in this charming updated apartment that was very clean and very comfortable. We would love to stay here again soon.

Heaven on Earth

Don't let the garage exterior fool you - this property really made us feel like we were in Montana. The 360 degree views are breathtaking. The house is perfectly appointed & all supplies provided - no need to shop for cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo OR coffee (thank you!). We were dropping off our son at MSU so this was a great home to come back to mellow during all school activities. We hope to be back, be able to rent again and recommend this house to all! Great for families!

Accommodating hosts with great recommendations for the area. Bunk beds off Master were perfect for kids. Very well and thoughtfully stocked and clean! We really enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we return to the Bozeman area.

Awesome experience

Great house with stellar views and plenty of space to get a full Montana ranch experience. The owners did a fantastic job of thinking of all the little things needed to make the house feel comfortable and at home. We brought our German Shepherd with us and she loved all the space to run around and play.

Fabulous get away

We had a great stay in Manhattan. Rance even drove us down to the drop in spot for my daughter and I to float the River down to the bridge. The accommodations were lovely with plenty of space for all of us. Used the games table each evening.
