«i'd like to recognize Lawrence at the breakfast time. Although we did not partake of any of the food because we had our own, he was very accommodating, personable, and very welcoming. The biggest sushi we had there is the first room we were given was not made up so they sent us to another one which was fine… And then 4:30 in the morning the telephone went off with a message, which was not able to attain. When I went to the front desk and asked about it, she said… Oh yeah all of the messages go ...

«The hotel rooms smell like bleach. I wanted to check out one night early. I was told several times the manager would call me. I never got a phone call and even though we checked out one night early I was charged for the room.»

«Went for breakfast and every table was dirty and the food counter. Worker was too busy on her phone and eating in the kitchen. Workers from the construction site are housed here and parking is crazy. We’ve stayed here many times but now it’s time to find a new place. Area has gotten well overdeveloped.»

«This was the second time I stayed here this year while visiting my daughter. The staff has always been super friendly, the room clean, the breakfast always had a few warm items and was included in the room price so who can complain! Con’s, the room air conditioning blew very hard and cold at times, and it took a couple of times to tap my key to get into my room, but that could have been user error. Overall I enjoy staying here, which is why I chose to stay here once again.»

«We checked in late, as a one night sleep, during our traveling south vacation. The room had everything that was advertised but wasn't as new or clean as the pictures convey. Our one queen bed was so worn out that my wife slept in a hole and I did a balancing sleep on the edge of bed trying to not fall in the hole on top of her. We found a dollar and change on the window sill where the cleaning crew didn't bother to move the curtains. There were stains on the bed covers, crumbs left behind on the ...
