Ideal for families, gatherings and get-togethers, for those who truly wish to disconnect. It has 3 bedrooms, all with a double and single bed each, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a covered veranda with a barbecue, a large outdoor area, swings, hammocks, a vegetable garden, a chicken coop and an orchard. We have the host dog Thor and two kittens, and a caretaker who lives in a (separate) house on the property. We are 8 km from the Rio Santos highway (Mangaratiba junction), and 25 minutes from the nearest beach, but with access to several others and islands, such as Ilha Grande. Close to restaurants, markets are 2 km away or a warehouse is 300 meters away, it is near the São João Marcos archaeological park, passing by the Mirante Imperial viewpoint and the Cachoeira dos Escravos waterfall.
