The property is located on the BEACHSIDE and is a 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT with a huge spread out BALCONY/SIT-OUT. The house is extremely MODERNISED with high class interiors and facilities.

The BEDROOMS consist of KING SIZED BEDS, comfortable for 2 ADULTS and an INFANT. Additional MATTRESSES can be provided, on request. The place can accommoate about a total of 7 GUESTS. The LIVING ROOMS consist of adequate number of CHAIRS AND COUCHES for comfortable seating of all guests.

The kitchen is modernised as an ITALIAN MODULAR KITCHEN with all equipments required for the guests. Guests choosing to cook can do so, basic cooking amenities shall be made available. In case of SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS, they shall be made available based on AVAILABILITY & PRIOR REQUEST.

FRENCH WINDOWS have been installed in the house to let guests enjoy the beautiful VIEW OF THE SEA at all times. The stay also consists of a HUGE SIT-OUT facing the beach giving an impression of a PICTURESQUE VACATION.
