Welcome to Residence Gardaliva, your perfect getaway built in 2019! Located just 450 meters from the beautiful beach and lakeside promenade of Manerba del Garda, our residence features five meticulously designed apartments, each tastefully furnished to provide guests with both comfort and style.



Within a short walk, you'll find the charming Romantica beach, a variety of restaurants and pizzerias, a small supermarket, and a mini-golf course. The complex is surrounded by a lovely, well-maintained garden that includes an infinity pool, and each apartment comes with a reserved parking space and a common BBQ area at the back.



The Gardaliva Yellow Studio 4 is ideal for couples but can accommodate up to four guests. It includes a cozy living area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a pull-down double bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. The studio features a separate bedroom (without doors), a wardrobe area, and a modern bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy amenities such as WiFi, air conditioning, and a communal laundry room.



From the living area, you can access a spacious covered terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and 2 sun loungers. This leads to the communal garden and the pool, which is suitable for young children (minimum depth 0.50 m).



Residence Gardaliva is the perfect spot for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. All our guests will receive a complimentary welcome gift featuring local products. Manerba del Garda is also an excellent starting point for cycling excursions and visits to nearby wineries.



For those seeking adventure, we recommend a visit to the Rocca di Manerba, an important archaeological site that offers stunning views of the lake. For shopping, you can easily reach Salò or Desenzano, approximately 12 km away.



The location of Manerba is also ideal for day trips to beautiful cities such as Verona, Brescia, and Venice, or to explore the quaint villages surrounding Lake Garda.
