Welcome to our charming studio, ideally located in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, just a 5-minute walk from the beaches, marina, village centre, shops and train station. It is the perfect place to enjoy the French Riviera, whether you are travelling as a couple, with friends or as a family with a young child (not under 3 YEARS OLD).

The studio is located on the ground floor of a quiet, secure and green residence. Guests have access to a large swimming pool, a caretaker, a pétanque court and beautiful landscaped gardens, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment.

The apartment features a comfortable double bed (140 × 200 cm), a large sofa (120 × 190 cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a pleasant private terrace where you can enjoy your meals or relax on warm summer evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay. It includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, cookware, tableware and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

Please note that the apartment is not air-conditioned, but several fans are provided to help keep you comfortable during the warmer summer days.

Everything is within walking distance: the beaches, Mandelieu Golf Course, restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and the local market. The nearby train station also provides easy access to Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco and even Italy.

The residence is an excellent starting point for exploring the Estérel mountains, Théoule-sur-Mer, Grasse, Cannes and the rest of the beautiful French Riviera.

Self check-in is available via a secure key box located close to the residence. You are free to arrive at any time, even late in the evening. Detailed instructions, together with photos, will be sent to you before your arrival to ensure a smooth and stress-free check-in.

We remain available before and throughout your stay to answer any questions and to recommend the best local restaurants, beaches and activities.
