Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from the coast, this modern, characterful colonial is the perfect home base for your Manchester-by-the-Sea getaway. It’s just a mile to downtown’s shops and restaurants and just a bit further on to the famous Singing Beach, with walk-on passes to the beach included in your stay.

At home, outdoor highlights include a large, open back yard with a deck, patio, grill for evening cookouts, and firepit that’s made for roasting marshmallows under the stars.
Inside, you’ll find modern, stylish decor, hardwood floors, and several comfortable gathering spaces. Stay on top of your steps in the attached fitness studio or hang out together in the brand-new, finished basement, where the kids can play ping-pong while you revisit your own childhood with all the beloved 1980s arcade games on the arcade-style Pac Man machine.

An Xbox, bikes, roller blades, two sea kayaks, blowup paddle boards, and corn hole boards round out the abundant entertainment options. If you just want to relax, grab a seat on one of the comfy sofas to stream the latest release or scroll social media with the free WiFi. Central AC and a washer/dryer round out the vacation necessities.

At mealtime, cooking is a pleasure in the open, full kitchen, where marble countertops nicely complement the sleek stainless steel appliances. At the end of the day, get the wood-burning fireplace crackling, with wood thoughtfully provided, or step back outside to the firepit and get started on those s’mores. Three serene bedrooms promise a restful night’s sleep when you get tired - another fun-filled day awaits at the F.I.T. House.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
