The hotel was exceptional clean and tidy. The staff were fab, so very friendly. The choice of food and quality was good, but a bit to much of the same. The chice of eating places were good and food was always available. The choice of cocktails was excellent

Exquisite hotel, highly recommend!!
Our experience at Paloma Finesse was second to none. On arrival we were personally greeted and offered a delicious welcome drink. Throughout our whole stay the service was impeccable - it was probably the best thing about the hotel apart from the obvious! The staff took great care in maintaining cleanliness not just in our room but in the entire facility. The food and drinks was incredible, anything you craved it was basically there. You could choose to eat from 4 different restaurants so there was definitely some variety. There was always something to do if you were bored as the hotel advertised a weekly schedule of different events during the day and evening not to mention they had their own water park on site! The last day the hotel organised a yoga session in the presence of a live instrumental band and a brunch thereafter. We really felt like we were taken care of. Normally we dislike sitting in a hotel all week but this hotel was an exception. It was too good to leave!! The only negatives were that the spa was quite expensive and there was no iron provided - pressing was offered at an extra price! The latter was probably the most surprising to us.

Food was good, spa staff was dishonest - they sell you a two hour package and then the actual treatment is an hour long and they make you sit for 20mins to extend the duration - when I said that wasn’t 2 hours they started getting aggressive saying I didn’t sit for long enough even though it was way under the advertised 2 hours. Very sad.

Dear Zakir, As we had a conversation with you at the morning of your departure day: the SPA treatment was completed totaly. You have been late to your appointment so thats why on your counting you thought is was less, but it wasn't. Even though it was not the Spa foult they wanted to satisfide you with a present to all of you, which you accepted. Ausstattung allgemein Architektur und Gestaltung der Zimmer hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Essen hat mittelmäßig geschmeckt. Ich fand es schade das 4Rutschen im Aquapark nicht benützten konnten da es gesperrt war was ich sehr schade fand denn wenn ich für die Unterkunft bezahle möchte ich alles testen können. Ein Dame im Aquapark hat mir besonders aufgefallen da sie sehr unfreundlich zu Ihre Kollegen war und sich untereinander gestritten haben die Stimmung war sehr angespannt bei der rutsche oben das war am 23.8.2021 am nächsten Tag war sie gleich mies drauf dewegen bin ich am dritten Tag nicht gegangen . Am Strand war kein Service da die unsere Bestellungen aufnimmt wir mussten ständig hin und her gehen. App Service hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Das Essen ist zu wenig abwechslungsreich. Zudem gibt es während des Tages zu wenig Möglichkeiten etwas Kleines zu essen. Auch ist relativ oft etwas "ausgegangen".

Das es zu wenig Möglichkeiten für kleinichkeiten gab, sind wir darüber echt schokiert. Es gab immer was zu essen. Sie hatten die Möglichkeiten im Snack bar bis 16 Uhr immer was zu essen und im Bistro bis 18 Uhr. Wir arbeiten daran, es unseren Gästen an nichts fehlen zu lassen. Der Neubau ist wirklich gelungen , modern und großzügig angelegt , fühlt man sich in den Zimmern und der Anlage sehr wohl. Man muss am Personal und dem Entertainment am Abend noch arbeiten ! Große Unterschiede in der Qualität der Getranke von Bar zu Bar ! Essen ist wirklich super !!
