Topp resort!
Veldig fint hotell/resort. Ble godt tatt imot, men hadde håpet på early check in, men det var ikke mulig. Ba de ringe med en gang et rom var klar før kl.14, men det skjedde aldri. Så måtte vente i 7 timer på rom, men vi kunne benytte oss av alle fasiliteter. Felles arealene og fasilitetene var topp. Servicen fra personellet varierte, noen kunne engelsk og dermed mer vennlig. Andre kunne mindre og virket mer sure når vi spurte om noe. Alle kunne gjerne smilt litt mer! Vi er en utenlandsk familie, og det var det ikke mange av der. Personalet var mer imøtekommende og service innstilte mot de «hvite» opplevde vi. Men alt i alt, topp hotell med alt en kan ønske seg, barna koste seg maks!

Bra prisvärt hotell med mycket utbud. Bra mat men saknar mer utbud för vegetarianer och laktosfritt. Synd att man inte kan äta på alla restauranger, borde finnas möjlighet att boka in sig någon kväll. Men överlag ett av bättre hotellen vi varit på, mycket aktiviteter, inte så kallt i poolerna. Vi kommer nog tillbaka!

1. Terrible cleaning service. We left $20 for the room cleaners every day from the first day of our stay (because we have a young child and wanted it to be very clean), but the cleaning got worse and worse. Not to mention, we checked into a room with sand on the floor. The broken drain in the bathroom wasn't fixed even after several calls and visits to the reception. 2. The rooms are either very old or poorly constructed. Everything is shaky and falling apart. The mattress is simply "alive"; if two people sleep in the bed, you'll bounce every time the other person turns over. 3. There are no elevators in the buildings, so if you have a small child, don't accept the 3rd floor. It'll be tough for you. 4. The service is a whole other story... In the restaurant, they don't care about you. Nobody will ask if you want something to drink with your dinner. We also went to the paid Italian à la carte restaurant, after which we all got food poisoning. We were severely sick with high temperatures and all the symptoms. Did anyone from the hotel apologize? No one! I repeat, they don't care about you at all. 5. The food in the restaurant is not tasty! I've been to various hotels, from 3-star to 5-star, but I've never had such tasteless food. The selection is very limited. Breakfasts are terrible. Nobody will make an omelet to your liking. In summary, the hotel doesn't live up to its claimed 5 stars at all. Paying 4,000 euros for 9 days, we expected some basic respect.

Moyen dans l’ensemble, plage magnifique,les piscines ,les toboggans top,les personnels sont gentils,les activités,cependant la propreté des chambres n’est pas au top,les transats toujours prises depuis l’aube ,activités pour enfants presque rien à la piscine et à la plage,la nourriture pas trop variée,des maïs et ice crime payant donne une mauvaise image pour un complexe hôtelier 5 étoile,enfin dernière impression pas d’envie d’y retourné.

Hotel bei Ankunft total überbucht. Bekamen nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit ein altes abgewohntes Zimmer im Kamelya Selin Hotel. Statt unser gebuchtes,großes Deluxe Zimmer im Kamely Aishen Klub. Beim Essen auch totale Chaos total überfüllt alles. Nie wieder Kamelya

Séjour très agréable, je recommande +++
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Aishen K Club Kamelya Collection. Grand Hôtel agréable pour séjourner en famille. Chambre familiale spacieuse et agréable. Repas diversifié et très bon Un grand nombre de piscine, personnellement nous en avions trouvé une avec beaucoup moins de monde et plus calme que celle centrale Merci pour la séance de Hammam et massage qui nous a été très agréable et surtout le masque au chocolat pour les enfants, bonne expérience. Seul petit bémol, le nettoyage des chambres était juste correct pas vraiment à la hauteur de la qualité de l'hôtel.
