Great spot and location if you are interested in quick access to an amazing beach. Maybe 100 feet from the front door to the beach entry. Rental was clean and did have certain amenities that assisted with the stay like outdoor shower, plates & utensils, washer & dryer, and 3 AC units that will keep the place cool no matter how hot outside. Owner was in complete communication the wholeprocess. Would definitely stay again.

Our beach apartment was pristine and beautifully decorated, and it truly is only steps away from the beach. There are also two restaurants/cafes in walking distance where you can buy breakfast, lunch or dinner and ice cream. Mike and Tracey are so easy to reach, and are excellent hosts! I am especially thankful for the beach chairs, beach passes and umbrella, that made my time at the beach even better! We definitely will come back again.

Loved the location, literally steps from the beach.not a lot of shlepping. And a block from. The inlet. Which had 2 places down there where you can get a small bite to eat. And ice. Finding parking was the only hassle. But doable.

Great little place just steps from the boardwalk and ocean. Communication with the host was fantastic. Outdoor shower was a plus. Will definitely stay here again.

“Steps to the beach” is right! We have been staying in Manasquan for some time now and we are looking forward to using these accommodations in coming years. It’s just what you need for a long couples week or small family stay.

Cute little place beach block! Perfect for end of summer trip with my granddaughter and daughter-in-law. Super clean and convenient! Mike and Tracey are amazing! Great communicators and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for helping make forever memories.

Beautiful Home - Wonderful Vacation!

Mike’s home was perfect for our family. The check in process was simple, the home was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Mike checked in with me during the middle of our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.The location was hard to beat, easy access to the beach and walks to the inlet for family fishing in the morning was one of the highlights of the trip. We will be back and recommend Mike’s place to everyone!

This was an amazing place to stay. it was literally 20 steps out to the beach, and as someone who lives on the San Francisco Bay with beaches aplenty the beach in Manasquan was absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunrise was my absolute favorite part of the day.The heated floors were very nice. The little apartment was well appointed and the washer and dryer worked well.The owners were thoughtful and helpful - even so far as finding a service for linen when I forgot to bring my own!We will definitely be returning on our next trip. I cannot recommend this slice of heaven any more.

Great location at beach

New build, well appointed, well supplied, everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach. Manasquan has a quiet beach without the crowds at Seaside Heights. Perfect for walks on the boardwalk, surfing, fishing. Nature preserve is a two block walk. My wife and I have been coming to the Jersey shore for years, and just loved this place.

Our week was wonderful August 2024

It was a wonderful stay. Easy access to beach. Beautiful and clean. Queen size bed really soft. I am a bit older and needed a firmer bed with soft top we sleep in the other room after the first night. My son came by on one night but loved the queen room bed. We had everything we needed.Owners were there every time we need to communicate. Wonderful Stay and beautiful beach.

The location is amazing. Just steps to the beach. The unit had everything we needed - very comfortable beds, large bathroom with storage, ample kitchen with seating. The grill was right outside, as was garbage and recycling. We appreciated having the outside shower to rinse off sand.This was our first time in Manasquan and we absolutely loved it.The beach was great, and we loved being so close to the inlet. It was fun to see so many boats come in and out. Watching the surfers was an unexpected bonus. Morning walks along the boardwalk were lovely. We also had fun walking out on the jetty. Be sure to bring your own bed linens and towels. I didn’t realize that they were not included, but the host did thankfully remind me to bring some ahead of time. Parking was tricky on the weekend during the day. All communication with the host was quick and easy. When I told him it was our first time visiting, he graciously took the time to send us a bunch of recommendations, which I really appreciated.

Relaxing spring stay in Manasquan

The property is exactly as described. Looks like it has been newly renovated with new furniture. The beds are comfy, a nice welcome for a restful sleep after being outdoors on the beach all day. The kitchen is fully stocked as is the coffee machine. Also, included some tea options which was a perfect way to warm up after walking the beach. The hosts are very responsive to questions and very accommodating, before and during the stay, even provided an outdoor grill in the off season. We did not end up grilling as it was too cold and windy during our stay. While the unit is steps from the beach there is a house behind the unit that you will need to pass to get to the beach. Once on the beach it is beautiful and restful. Enjoyed our short stay!
