«The staff at the check in counter were very accommodating with their big smile. Check in process is very straightforward as I booked prepaid. I was impressed with the place. I called it paradise. The staffs were very friendly especially Ronnie the Lifeguard and bar staff namely Binoy and Aldrin. I love the foods from snacks to dinner and breakfast. «Stayed here for 13 nights at the Grand deluxe room, the room itself was half ok, the bed was two (maybe) 4 foot beds put together so you could feel the crack in the middle. First impression is that the bed is huge and the ac cover had fall down, the colors of the room was quite dark and the lighting was very white. «The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. «Overall the Caza was a nice place and well kept. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate when asked. The only issue I had was they charged my for two breakfasts when my girlfriend only had coffee. When I confronted them about it they argued and would not change the bill. It was the only issue I had and felt it was cheap enough it didn’t matter that much. I would stay there again even with that experience. Nice place to stay.»
