«Guys, I am not complaining; I am just stating facts. Excellent location. All the stores and some restaurants are around the hotel; you can walk if you like. But they are in the middle of renovation. So you will feel it. The pool was closed, the elevator was all taped up, and my room door did not lock. They came and tried to fix it, but it was not fixed. «BED BUGS! I chose this hotel of the convenience for our tournament weekend, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We found bed bugs in our room after already settling in. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Yes, the hotel switched us to another room, but once you find bed bugs, the damage is done. Instead of enjoying the weekend, we spent the rest of the trip stressed about our luggage, clothes, and possibly bringing bugs home with us. Travelers coming for events ...

«my boyfriend and i booked this hotel for two nights for our weekend trip to kings dominion. i honestly can't recommend this hotel enough! of course the location is great for our purposes, but overall it was a great experience. the room was nice and clean, the staff was super helpful (we didn't get there until after 11 and were able to check in no problem), and check out was super easy too. espcially for the low price, i'd stay here again in a heartbeat!»
