After doing some research, this is the nicest hotel in the area. High rise chain hotels do not exist in this region. It was a very nice hotel

This property needs a lot of maintenance. I satyed in suite 22-23 The lights did not work in the master bedroom. We were 4 people, only 3 towels in the room, when I asked for one more one of the ladies from housekeeping insisted, she put 4 towels not 3. And wanted to argue about it. Only 2 blankets instead of 3 and when asked for that one they told me that they did not have access to get an extra blanket that was missing. People is nice but also with an ugly attitude. I would never stay here again.

Spent two weeks resting up from travelling non stop for three months. Great hotel. I booked a suite which was well worth it. Clean and very spacious. Ac, hot water wifi etc worked great. Smart tv. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Very impressive property. Massive room
Very friendly staff. The property is beautiful . Close to shopping and dining. The center square is about five minute walk. The room was massive. Didn’t use the entire suite. It had a guest toilet as well. Fridge and kitchen were nice.

The rooms were very spacious and beautiful! Air conditioning everywhere which was great cause it’s super hot there. The staff was super nice and helpful. Would definitely go back!

El hotel es muy bonito, y la habitación deluxe es enorme, sin embargo, cuando llegamos no había nada en la habitación, tuvimos que bajar a pedir jabón, luego toallas.... Las personas que nos atendieron definitivamente podrían mejorar su servicio, ya que no eran tan amables. Al final, sí fueron muy amables en dejarnos las maletas después del checkout, pero las maletas quedan ahí a la par de la recepción sin ningún resguardo

I would stay here again in all honesty but there are way better value for your money elsewhere. Having stayed in a few places similarly priced in Granada this was by far the worst maintained - none of the lights had bulbs other than the ceiling light, my bathroom was unclean (even the toilet clearly hadn’t been sanitized). All in all it was a totally fine experience and I felt safe and cared for, but definitely the facilities are not up to par with comparable properties even just a few blocks away. I’d also say depending on who you are it’s either better or worse to be in a bit quieter more residential zone than right by all the hostels, but it’s a short walk right to the middle of town. Staff was lovely even with my non-existent Spanish.

Staff was very friendly and always willing to help you on any way they could , general manager Mrs Morales and her team make sure at all times my family and friends were very comfortable and make sure we had everything we needed place super clean they made me feel like home !! I highly recommend this property closed to the main market and excellent restaurants and La Calzada, Cathedral

The staff is excellent. The property is a bit dirty. The towels are not cleaned. There is only one choice of breakfast every morning. No variety. This is a 2 star hotel at best.

Things missing, ask staff for help.
Many things broken or missing, ask the staff and they will take from other rooms, or move you, if it is a weekday, weekends are packed. Shower drains tend to be higher than most of the flat Shower floor, so you stand in water that doesn't drain.

Die Bilder sehen besser aus, als die Unterkunft wirklich ist. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, viele Party Leute sind laut unterwegs, gut ist jedoch dass ab 9 pm die öffentlichen Bereiche geschlossen werden. Pool war schön und sauber, Frühstück war in Ordnung. Parkplatz nebenan funktioniert gut. Preis Leistung ist okay.

Excellent séjour
Grand appartement, confortable, personnel attentionné, il manquait d items pour cuisiner ( assiettes, verres, bouilloire, savon, linge à vaisselle, bon couteau). Excellent déjeuner, piscine propre, bon emplacement. Éviter chambre au RDC a droite, (no 2?) si. Sommeil léger car adjacent aux cuisines donc bruit très tôt le matin. Le logement le plus agréable de notre mois de voyage à date.

Beautiful hotel close to city center
This was an excellent value hotel very close to the Granada center plaza. Our room was tidy and the staff very friendly. Our only minor issue was that we felt breakfast ended a bit early (9:30am) which can be hard to get to after a late night out! But that's just a personal preference and overall a great stay.

The property is amazing it’s very clean, very beautiful, very quiet, a very relaxing place to stay and get your mind together and just take a minute to reflect. My favorite part of staying their was the pool. The office staff as well as the housekeeping and the security guard were wonderful they all get excellent excellent excellent. I highly recommend folks stay at this hotel it’s my favorite hotel in Granada Nicaragua. I’ve stayed at this hotel four different times and I love it and I will continue to stay here when I visit my family in Nicaragua. I will be back in December of this year 2021 and I will stay at this hotel.
