Summer Fun

The location is ideal. So many dining options and easy access to shuttles around town as well as activity rentals. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. There was late night noise (Fri-Sat) from the Village that was a little loud with windows open for fresh air. But, does settle down and didn't effect us too much. The communication with the property owner/management was great.

The best way to do Mammoth

This is our second time staying at this wonderful property for a ski vacation with our family and friends, and it was absolutely perfect, again! The house comfortably accommodated our group of four adults and two not quite teenagers.The location is ideal, with easy access to the slopes and breathtaking views. We loved the convenience of having several great restaurants just downstairs.The living area was spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. We loved gathering around the shared kitchen and living room catching up and relaxing after a long day on the mountain. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep for everyone.The hosts provided all the info we needed for a quick check in/out and a great stay. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic ski vacation with family and friends. We can't wait to return!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen was well equipped. The space was cozy and perfect for our group. The location was the highlight. Easy walk to wherever you could want to go. Pool and amenities were nice. Even a little sledding area for the kids right in the middle of the buildings. Very clean.

Location is stellar

The location can not be beat right across from the gondola. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including a blender, a toaster oven, more than one way to make coffee, plenty of dishes and utensils, and even some leftover spices. It was comfortable and I slept well. It is a little noisy until midnight, but nothing white noise on your phone can't erase. The kitchen ventilation is not great if you are cooking something like bacon. You really have to open the patio door to let the smoke out. All in all we had a terrific stay and I would recommend it.

Easy, Perfect Location, Comfortable

Loved this condo! We had two families (4 kids and 4 adults). Perfect location and very comfortable and clean. Lots of seating and the whole group could sit at the table. Having two master bedrooms was so great! If I were to suggest anything to improve on I would put two bunk beds in the third bedroom and remove the extra furniture

Fantastic Location and Communication

It’s all about the location and this place is a gem. You can’t ask for a better place to people-watch from the balcony (slippery when wet) and enjoy the evening atmosphere. Plenty of room for the entire family and because of its location in the village it’s no effort to walk around, venture to something new, come back for a room for a snack/drink, and adventure back out. The owners are great, responsive, and accommodating. Even when we had an issue with the fireplace, it was resolved quickly.Notes to future guests which doesn’t diminish the value but is good to know going in: The morning sun is right there and will wake you if you don’t close the curtains. There are no “spices” for cooking (but some are left from other guests) so be aware you may have to bring or buy. Some power outlets don’t work (specifically on the island). Even though the location is within a resort, typical resort/hotel room amenities are not available (e.g. housekeeping) but there is a washer and drier (lent trap is broken) which helps for longer stays. This was one of the better locations and owners to work with on all fronts. It was a fantastic trip and are looking forward to the next adventure.

Misleading information

Before you book this condo be advised about the non functional amenities that should have been working. The recliner didn't operate, the microwave doesn't heat up food, the only bathtub that held water is in the master bedroom next to the living room. The toilet in the master bath at the end of the hallway leaks at the tank causing water to flow out. Making it unusable. The toilet in the other master bathroom leaks at the base on the floor as if the seal is rotten and needs replacing. These issues were not disclosed nor would we have stayed in this unit had we been aware. The information that is provided on Vrbo needs to be updated as to the problems.

fishing trip with family

we have stayed here a few times before and never any issues. this time the cleaning people failed to check/clean the washer and dryer and we had a horrible surprise. in the dryer was sand and dirt (maybe from drying wet dirty shoes and the wash was full of wet dryer sheets and period pad liners. It even has brown chunks on all the wet dryer sheets. not sure what that was but i had to put gloves on to clean it all out prior to us using it. The owners were very apologetic. I am sure it was either a young child that through stuff in there or a very bad joke. either way really gross to clean up

Excellent Mammoth Village Condo

This was a fabulous property for our three-night stay! There was plenty of space, the bathrooms were huge and very up-to-date, beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, and location can't be beat. Two of us were teaching online for part of each day and the wifi was excellent. In addition, communication with property owners was excellent. They answered any questions very quickly and were extremely personable.I would highly recommend this property as a base for your visit to the Mammoth area.

Great location and amenities!

We had an amazing time in Mammoth and our stay at the Village Center Stage Premium Suite was the perfect location with great amenities. The suite accommodated our group of 4 adults and 2 teens perfectly. Check in/out was easy and we had a near immediate response from Matt when we asked to add an additional night to our stay. We were conveniently located within walking distance to a variety of eateries and shops or a short car/bike ride away from many others. E-bike rentals and shuttles are steps from the lobby as well. The only improvements we could recommend would be updating the carpet due to some worn/torn areas near the kitchen and addressing some mold around the caulking in the shower in the master suite we used (unsure if there were any issues in the other 2 bathrooms-we did not check those since our guests were using them). All in all it was a great stay, we would stay here again, and recommend others to stay here as well.
