This beautifully renovated pet-friendly studio, 1-bathroom condo with vaulted ceilings is the perfect cozy spot for your Mammoth getaway! Located on the 2nd level in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this unit offers electric heating throughout and a private outdoor deck ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with your favorite drink while soaking in the peaceful mountain atmosphere. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, this is one of the best locations in Mammoth. Just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, you’ll have effortless access to dining, shopping, nightlife, and the slopes without the hustle and bustle. After a day of exploring the mountains or hiking the nearby trails, unwind by the propane fireplace with slate hearth in the cozy living area and enjoy a movie on the 60" flatscreen TV, or gather for meals at the dining table with seating for four. The full kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The sleeping area includes a Queen bed with a walled partition for added privacy, and there’s also a pull-out sofa bed for additional guests. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around town. Guests enjoy access to one unassigned outdoor parking space. The amenities at this complex come with a year round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, laundry facilities and during the summer months only an outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. During the summer months, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool, as well as tennis and pickleball courts. This unit includes one parking pass. If additional parking is needed, please contact our office for assistance with alternative arrangements and alternative options. This unit sleeps up to 4 guests, is non-smoking and pet-friendly. Clean studio. Easy check-in. Nice mud room / ski room at the entrance of the condo. Kitchen had drip coffee maker with filters, Keurig, pots/pans and dishes. 5 min. walk to Mammoth Village and gondola to Canyon Lodge. Management was available by phone when I had questions. I would stay here again.

The studio met our needs, however there were some issues. The humidifier was not clean therefore we couldn't use it, and the bluetooth speaker doesn't work. The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable as well. The unit does not get a lot of direct natural light during the day, so it feels like a cave. I also feel as though the checkout process (taking out trash, washing dishes, returning the permits to the office) would detract me from staying here again. However, I appreciate that they gave us an extra parking pass since we had two cars.

Wonderful place!

My teenage son and I stayed here over Presidents' Day weekend. The unit was nicely appointed, very clean and very homey feeling! The amenities including swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, pinball, ping pong and pool table were especially appreciated. The close proximity to the village and gondola was super convenient for us to get up and down the mountain!

Great spot

The location was perfect. We loved how the town square was within walking distance for easy access to shopping and dining. The opportunity to use the athletic club was awesome and we took advantage of that as well. Highly recommend.

Clean, cozy, comfortable!

A lovely little condo with cozy gas logs, comfy furniture (sofa, rocking chair, bed, all good!), a nice kitchen (not much counter space but perfectly adequate kitchenware), with the added bonus of being pet friendly. Good location, quiet while we were there. No complaints about the property at all! Going to the office for our check-in documents seemed a little old-school... The door code could have been digitally sent to us, and the parking pass could have been left inside (or sent via a PDF file). Kinda a waste of time to physically go to the office? Not a big deal though, office is close by and the documents were waiting for us, it was a very quick and easy stop. All in all: don't hesitate to book this place! ❤️

Clean space and good location

This condo was exactly as described. And best of all, it was conveniently located only a 5 minute walk from the village gondola. The only thing that could be improved would be the check-in process. It felt a bit unnecessary to go to the management office to pick up the door code and parking pass. The door code could have been shared through the app, and the parking pass could be waiting in the unit. While this was only a minor inconvenience, I'd definitely stay here again in the future.

Great little place

Perfect for the two of us and our dog. On site hot tub is great, easy walk to the village, and staff was very friendly. Having to pick up and drop off the parking pass at a different location and no dishwasher not ideal, but I'd still stay here again happily

Overall, great place to stay

When we first walked in, there was a musty smell. However, we opened the windows to air it out and it was fine after that. There was a ceiling fan and a box fan there that we used. Aside from that, we loved the place. We were there for mountain biking and the condo is only a couple blocks from the Village which is where the shuttle takes you up to the Main Lodge area so it was very convenient and the area around it was beautiful. Love that they allowed pets. The condo was a good size for the 2 of use and our dog. Nice gear room at the front where we were able to keep the bikes (just barely room for the bikes) shoes, bags, etc. Had all the essentials for cooking, etc. We would come back and stay here again. In fact, we originally booked for 2 nights but ended up extending the stay for 2 more nights.

Comfortable for small space

This condo is super small but the owners use the space wisely. The condo is clean, modern and functional for a studio. It has everything you need, very close to the Jacuzzi, Village and bus stop to Canyon. I gave it three stars for check in because the check in process could have been completely contactless and avoiding stopping by the rental office to pick up parking pass & keyless entry code. We could also have left the parking pass in the condo and not had to return to the rental office. The contract agreement does not reflect the rental terms for example we selected the condo because it is pet friendly but the contract says no pets. I had documentation for the pet so I wasn’t concerned but others might find an issue with this. I would recommend this condo if you do not mind small spaces. We didn’t mind it at all and found it functional for our stay.
