Built just recently, this townhome is all about modern charm with a cozy vibe. Picture yourself snuggled up by the glowing gas log fireplace, sipping cocoa (or something stronger, we don't judge) after a day of conquering the slopes or the local trails. The kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary creativity, and for the coffee lovers, the Keurig Duo gives you the power to choose between drip or pods—your call!

Location? You bet! This beauty is right in the heart of town, with a convenient shuttle stop nearby to whisk you off to slopes or local hotspots like John's Pizza Works (pizza, duh) and Liberty Bar (cheers!). Each of the three bedrooms comes with its own attached bathroom for ultimate privacy—because who wants to fight over bathroom time on vacation? The two primary suites feature king-size beds (yes, please) while the guest room has two comfy twin beds. All mattresses are brand new for extra comfort when getting shut eye. Our families found the property overall a very nice stay with a great layout for 2 families with small children. The unit-specific jacuzzi was a welcome amenity for all members of our party and the convenience of the garage and dedicated parking was very welcome. Similarly, given that many of the roads were R2 conditions during our stay, the close proximity of the bus stop for Mammoth's great public transportation system was appreciated. Those things being said, there were a few items during our stay that could use improvement. 1) this is a 3 bedroom unit with a hot tub meant for up to 8 people; there should be more than 10 towels in the entire unit. 2). this appears to be a dedicated short-term rental unit, so the materials and furnishings are as such and do have damage from previous guest, so just be sure to take photographs and document anything that you see to ensure that you aren't charged later. 3) Considering you pay a cleaning fee, it seems like they ask you to do much of the cleaning for them prior to exiting the unit. 4) they make known on their welcome page that they are entirely inflexible with check-in/out times. I get it that you have to schedule cleaning crews, but having to check out by 10 am from a family condo means waking up at 6 or 7 to get everyone packed up to leave. Not exactly the relaxing ending to your vacation. 5) not the most receptive service when calling for assistance, basically like you're inconveniencing them by being there. 6) BIGGEST COMPLAI

Check in and out were so easy. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed from basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, etc), dishes, blankets, towels, and family friendly games. The hot tub was hot and ready for use and it was such a treat to get to use that with snow in the backdrop. Access to the garage and washer/dryer were such a nice bonus! The best part was the location. Walkable (if not snowy), close to the village and other shops/restaurants, easy access to shuttles, very short drive to the lakes, trails, and snow play. I can't wait to go back!

Overall this property was PERFECT. It's centrally located to restaurants, shops, and a shuttle pick up. The property had minor damages like missing light bulbs and broken hooks, but very easy to overlook with the amazing garage, fully loaded kitchen, and clean hot tub. We will definitely be back. Comfortable stay - easy to get around

Two families with kids stayed here and it accommodated all of us. There was plenty of space for everyone. A huge plus was that there was a bathroom for each bedroom! It made getting ready so much easier. The unit also had a washer and dryer which is really nice for families with young kids who need their clothes washed and dried. The attached garage was also really nice and added to the convenience. There were a few things around the house that need a bit of maintenance - garage door had issues closing, shower heads spraying water wildly, dryer lint trap broken. These were all minor and we had a great stay overall. Would definitely come back again!

Plenty of room. Well apportioned kitchen. Takes awhile to heat up but comfy gas fireplace can help. The location is great and if you need anything, the manager is responsive.

Wonderful

Had a great time and I really enjoyed the unit. As feedback, charging a $500 dollar damage deposit and there is damage to walls is disconcerting. Maybe make mention of known damage? Your internet connection is great if the splitter is bypassed. With the splitter it is very unreliable. Suggest fixing the kitchen faucet. Hot water doesn't shut off without some jiggling. Easy to walk away not noticing the water is still running. With all of that, I didn't want to leave. :)

Great Condo!

My family and I stayed here over spring break and had a wonderful time. The condo is large enough for 6 people and I loved that there are bathrooms in every room. Overall the condo was pretty clean except for the wet cleaning towels and overflowing lint in the dryer. The kitchen could use some updated utensils/knives but it was fairly easy to work around. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!

Solid place & good location w/ some room for improvement

Comfy place & walkable to the village. 2 King beds (big pro!) upstairs & one room with 2 twins downstairs, which worked great for 2 families with 2 kids each. (We brought little blow-up beds for the other 2 kids, which fit in one of the master rooms upstairs). Kitchen was great! Surprisingly well-stocked w/ oil, spices, all the pots/pans/plates/cups etc. you might need. Hot tub was necessary after each day, so we were happy that was indeed fully functional & well-maintained as well. There were lots of toys & games in the living room and closet downstairs -- a nice touch & fun surprise for the kids. House was clean & double-garage made it easy to get out fast after snowfall. Some minor 'issues'/room for improvement: * lots of broken lights; e.g., none in the closets upstairs worked, the microwave light, some others. * only 6 towels though the reservation was for 8, and with a hot tub a couple extras might be nice. One was fully ripped, as well, so a bit shabby * the bed 'topper' made one of the King beds very concave, which is uncomfortable. Didn't sleep great. * a lack of storage all around. For a ski place for 6+ people, a single coat rack with 4 pegs just didn't provide anywhere near the storage expected/needed. The place looked a mess the whole stay because of all the gear everywhere. It would be so easy to add a bunch of boot trays and helmet/glove hooks near the fire, where you know people will want to bring them at the end of the day. All in all though, great place!

Long weekend in Mammoth

This property is perfectly located and very convenient to everything in Mammoth. The house is very spacious and everything was as described. Definitely bring anything you might need, as there are really no amenities provided except what past guests have left. One weird thing was that they came to service the spa at 8:30 in the morning on our last day, which was a little intrusive. Check out was at 10am, seems they could have waited an extra hour rather than intrude on your privacy. We really enjoyed the stay!

Great place to stay in Mammoth!

We had a mixed group of kids and adults staying here for a long weekend. I have especially liked the location of this cabin: walking distance from great coffee places, restaurants, and bars. Also the free Trolley stops by right in front (runs from 7am-8pm). Kitchen is well equipped, dishwasher makes your life easier. Loved the spacious two car garage (plus they have guest parking with the provided window plates, if you need more then 2 parking spots). We all had a great stay there exploring the mountain, the hot springs during the day, and sitting around in the living room/ kitchen at night playing card games/ making plans for the next day! Thank you for letting us use your cabin, definitely a great experience for everyone!

Great location and clean house

Very nice place to stay. There are some things the property manager should know about that may have not been reported prior to our stay. There were many lights (bulbs) not working (closet, bathroom). The main floor bathroom sliding door has a loose track (top) making the door very hard to operate. There were no screens on the windows (they were in the garage). No ice maker or water hookup on the refrigerator. Bottom drawer on the oven off tract. Bed in master was off the bed frame. Mattresses were a well worn These are minor fixes I would want to know before the next guests arrive if I was managing the property Overall great time and place. We stayed three days in condo for mammoth skiing. Condo was relatively clean. Mattress's, sheets and towels were old and not too comfortable. Kitchen pretty much had everything but hadn't been straightened out in a long time so very disorganized. We had a bit of trouble with parking because of the snow but the management company did a great job rectifying that on day 2. It was a cozy place for 5 adults and a newborn.

Great place to stay

Had a great time! Second time staying at this place! Beds are very comfortable in every room! Would suggest getting new batteries for all the TV remotes! Garage fit 2 full size SUVs perfectly. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. Spa was serviced while we were there so that was nice! Would stay again! We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers! Great location in town as well!

Clean, Comfortable, Central Location

Our family loved staying at this condo in Mammoth. It is located in the center of town which made it really easy for quick trips to stores. The garage was tall enough that we could park our SUV even with the roof ski cargo bin on top. It snowed quite a bit during our trip so it was nice not to have to scrape ice off the windshield each time we headed out. The complex driveways were snowplowed really regularly. The beds were all comfortable and we enjoyed hanging out in the common family room area. The condo complex is newer and in excellent condition. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home!
