🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Unassigned parking is available for up to two vehicles in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are provided inside the condo and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the loft sleeping area.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to three community hot tubs, three saunas, a seasonal outdoor pool, summer BBQ area, and three community laundry rooms.

• Winter Shuttle: The free Green Line shuttle stops near the complex during the winter season and provides service to Eagle Lodge and The Village at Mammoth.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes Certificate TOT-05960-0093 | C-PAN #15856.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
