About the Space:
The Village at Mammoth is the most desirable location to stay in Mammoth Lakes! It's a family friendly location host to year-round events and activities, excellent restaurants, shopping, yoga and more! The gondola offers easy access to Canyon Lodge for ski-in/ski-out and bike park experience (check Mammoth Mountain website for Canyon Lodge operation dates). This location offers the opportunity to have the vacation of a lifetime!

This beautiful 1 bedroom / 1 bath condo comfortably accommodates 4 people. It is located on the quiet side of the Village, with no street noise, and a wooded area off the private patio. The open living area offers a comfortable space, with a queen-sized sleeper sofa couch, an ambient gas fireplace, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, equipped for cooking a delicious meal.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, with closet space. The bathroom is located directly outside of the bedroom and is shared with the common living area.

We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire condo to yourselves.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at the Village. There is a year-round heated pool, 2 jacuzzis, in-building laundry room with coin-machine, gym, and secure garage parking. Please utilize the bike storage in the garage and ski lockers located on the first floor, to store equipment.

There is 1 parking pass permitted for this property - park in any open space available in the parking garage. Please ensure parking pass is visible in your vehicle. There is paid overflow parking in the parking lot across the street from the Village and in summer months there is limited street parking available.
