  • Up to four people can enjoy this Mammoth Lakes gateway that has a shared hot tub, a shared pool (in the summer only), a private deck, and a gas fireplace.

    Tucked away among the Sierra Star Golf Course's beautiful greens, with a gorgeous view of the Sherwin Mountains, this property is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The Eagle Express and Little Eagle Lodge are approximately 350 yards from this property, and the Green Line shuttle stop is about 125 yards away at the end of the street.

    There is a mudroom in the entrance that leads to an open kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room is equipped with a flatscreen TV with Blu-ray player, and the kitchen features high-end appliances and modern fixtures, as well as a dishwasher.

    The main bedroom has a king-size bed with an attached bathroom while the second bedroom has an adjacent bathroom and a queen-size bed. The main bedroom also has a TV with a DVD player, and both bedrooms have new bedding. This property also features wireless internet, a private washer and dryer, and underground parking for one car with an extra space outside for a second car. If you decide to bring your bike, you will have storage space in the garage, but be sure to bring your own lock.

    With a pool for the summer and excellent slopes nearby for skiing in the winter, this cozy condo ideal is for a small family or a couples retreat, especially if you're looking for some relaxation and fun along the way. You can also enjoy hikes, bike rides, and even work on your short game by squeezing in a round of golf at the Sierra Star Golf Course.

The place was very clean. Easy to locate. It had underground parking. Communication with management was very well stated and directions were easy to follow. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. Had basic spices. Balcony has view of golf course.

Enjoyed August Stay at Mammoth Green

We enjoyed our stay during late August. We felt the beds and showers were awesome. We had plenty of room to have cook meals and enjoy the dining.

Lovely home and great location

Condo was lovely, had spacious rooms and a delightful deck (which had been cleared of snow and so was actually usable!). It's an easy walk to the Eagle lodge and lift and perfect for skiers.

Winter 2024 stay

Great location and very clean. Customer service was great. Only issues were no garage remote and the spa is very small and not protected from the elements.

Good location

Was a good location for skiing and the town. Quiet and comfortable. Only complaints was the coffee pot wasn’t cleaned and still had old coffee in it and the ramp for wheelchair access to the condo needs to be fixed. There are cracks in it that makes it difficult to get a wheelchair up and down the ramp.

Clean and organized

My friends and I had so much fun staying there as the place was big enough as explained, very clean, and very close to the downtown. The only downside is the checking in being at 4pm which is usually at 3pm and the checking out being at 10am which is usually 11am everywhere else I have stayed. 10am is too early to get up, pack, have breakfast, clean, and leave.

Great place with minor quirks

Nice ground level. Bring your own cooking condiments. "Welcome" supply of (2) dishwasher and (1) clothes washer soap is provided. 4 bath towels TOTAL. No extra. Expect to wash them yourself. Beds are a little bouncy. Quick management response.

A bit disappointed

Super excited to stay at this beautiful condo. But when we walked in the carpet was terribly stained the master bath had a space heater that had dust and hair on it. Cooked breakfast and the skillet was dirty. Beautiful location, quiet, nicely decorated. Bed was super comfortable. Very nice size. I think it just needs a good heavy cleaning.

Great place, parking a challenge

This condo was great for our spring break. Wonderful view from our patio. Needs a couple upgrades, could use a few more bath towels. Parking was difficult as it’s in a parking garage and the driver side is right up against a cement post. Very annoying by weeks end. That may be the only reason I wouldn't stay again. I think when there isn’t 12 feet of snow you can probably park outside in guest parking but not sure. Otherwise it was perfect for our family of 4.

Good place in amazing city

The apartment is big, it will be good for two couples. There are all things which you might need- plates, pans, glasses, etc. In bathroom a lot of towels. Even books - you can find on the shelf. If you want to swim, there are pool.Unfortunately there’s no barbecue zone, but you can cook everything in the kitchen. You need to know, that there isn’t Uber and if you want to walk not by car , you need to take a taxi (numbers u can find in google) or use a city bus, but it goes so long. In else everything is perfect

Great stay!

This was a very cozy condo. Bonus was 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, laundry in unit, gas fireplace, lots of tv channels, a large deck & windows for lots of light & underground garage. We did not use the sauna or hot tub. 4 stars due to garage door not going down with clicker so others left the door open often and the smoke alarm going off from the heat of the stove. Stove was clean and no smoke. Alarm literally goes off when oven heats up and there was very annoying. Could use wineglasses but had everything else. We had a great stay with lots of snow.

Nice Place to Stay

Clean and comfortable location. Close to eagle lodge, maybe a 10 minute walk carrying ski gear. My only complaints would have to be about the directions and lighting. We couldn’t tell where to park, the instructions say there is a reserved spot in the underground parking, but we couldn’t find it. Maybe the reserved spot was in the locked garage, but we needed a key to enter through a side door as there was no remote to power the main door. We ended up parking in the uncovered first come first serve area. Lastly, the lights were all very dim and a few switches didn’t work. But all in all, the whole place was great and we’d stay again.

Fourth of July 2024 At the Greens 110

Overal nice facility and location overlooking par three on Starwood - guess I'm not as bad as I thought after watching many other golfers from the balcony! Fair price, but in need of better maintenance and too many inconveniences: toilette blocked, broken windows, broken bathroom fixture and closet doors. LONG walk up to unit for loading / unloading.! Hope the owner is aware and fixes. VACASA was responsive, but local maintenance was not. Mo compensation offered by VACASA. Let's see if VACASA is honest enough to publish this. Not recommended

Fantastic place/location, bring up some of your own amenities

This was my family's second time at Mammoth Greens in the winter. 110 is clean and well put together. This two bed room condo is absolutely perfect for myself, wife and two teenage boys. Golf green on one side, Eagle chair walking distance on the other, you have quiet and super close to skiing in one package. And under ground parking is fantastic, no frozen wipers or digging your car out of snow. I will for sure look to return to Mammoth Greens next year. But, for those that like to eat in an avoid the huge crowds at the local spots, be warned that pots, pans and other kitchen items are sparse. There was literally one wine glass and the knives were terrible. I still rate the condo 5 stars, my family had a blast, we will look to come back to 110, but we will bring some of our own amenities next time since we like to cook and eat in.

Mammoth Green Condo #110

I will not stay here again. The condo was filthy when we arrived. The carpets were heavily soiled and the condo smelled aweful. There was remnants of hair and dirt in the condo. The toilet would not flush properly. The lighting was terrible. There was mold in the shower and the shower heads did not operate properly. I asked for consideration and was ignored.
