Enjoy access to the community's shared hot tub and sauna and a prime location near the Sierra Star Golf course (one mile), Mammoth Mountain Ski Area and Crystal Lake Trailhead (both less than five miles), and Minaret Vista (seven miles away).

All bedrooms are located on the ground level of the home. The primary bedroom has a TV, an en suite bathroom, and slider and windows that look out onto a lush green lawn landscape. There is also a laundry area with a washer/dryer for your convenience. The second floor offers an open-concept main living space with all the comforts of home. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with all major appliances, including a dishwasher for quick clean ups and a coffee maker to start your day off on the right foot! Spend cozy evenings by the floor-to-ceiling river rock wood-burning fireplace in the living room - this is a great spot for playing board games with the family, reading a novel, or simply watching TV with your loved ones. Sliders grant access to a well-furnished balcony with incredible views. Upstairs is an open airy loft area that can be used as a sleeping nook with two beds and a sofa bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
