The Space:
Settle into a comfortable, well-located condo that’s ideal for a couple, small family, or two friends. The bedroom features a king bed, and the living room offers a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 4 guests total. You’ll have one full bathroom and a cozy living area for relaxing after days on the mountain or trails. On-site, you’ll find a community sauna and outdoor BBQ area, plus a seasonal pool and hot tubs (see Important Things to Note for current availability). A DVD player is available for low-key movie nights.

Important Things to Note
• Construction: Exterior construction is underway in the complex. Guests should expect daytime noise. The pool and hot tubs are out of service until further notice.
• Parking: Assigned parking for one vehicle is provided in the underground garage, space #316, with a parking pass that must be displayed. During periods of active exterior work, garage parking may be closed and you will need to use the property’s overflow parking areas instead (signage on site will direct you).
• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building operated by building management. If it is unavailable due to maintenance or outage, stairs will be required.
• Winter safety: The HOA may board up certain windows during winter months to protect against falling icicles.
• Wi-Fi and cell service: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly per HOA rules. Please reach out if you need help finding a pet-friendly option.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
