FIRST FLOOR
A front living room, all three bedrooms (two queens and a double/twin bunk), a full bathroom and a welcoming front porch with seating.

A bright open-concept kitchen stocked with pots, pans, utensils and spices, plus a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and kettle. You'll also find the dining area, a cozy living room with pull-out sofa, a second full bathroom, a washer/dryer and a spacious deck with bay views.

OUTDOORS
The upper deck leads down to the front porch or the fenced backyard with its small garden, BBQ and room for kids to play. Cross the road to the lot that runs to the ocean, where Adirondack chairs and stairs to the beach are set up for you.

THE AREA
In a quiet cottage community with lots of space between homes, you're close to Malpeque Bay's beaches, trails and seafood spots. Summerside is 20 minutes away, Cavendish 30 and Charlottetown 50.
