Hoteller i Mallapalli

«Everything id good and well maintained»

«WiFi was not stable and sometimes not available. During our 3 day stay we had several times made calls to your staff for help. Your staff was extremely helpful and cooperative. I have a feeling that your WiFi needs a stronger Router to take care of the renters. Your rooms were spacious and clean, staff was great and food was very good.»

«The room was good. The house keeping had to be called a couple of times to get the TV working as there was no professional available then. The room service was highly priced and the quality was not all that great. »

«Clean and comfortable rooms, Professional and friendly staff in the restaurant and safreena from front desk was friendly and helpful. I dont have anything but positive to say about the stay. Thank you»

«Excellent»

«This is a very basic 1 star hotel. There are no pictures of the bathroom for a very good reason. Absolutely dingy and disgusting. Bathroom was small, had a stained toilet and a bucket with no enclosure for bathing. Bedrooms are small and again, very basic. Looks even less than in pics. »

«Beautiful property with well maintained landscape and tasteful decor. Great views of the lake and the meandering canal thru the property. The restaurant has a wide selection of food, especially Kerala specialties. Staff are courteous and attentive. All in all the best place we (family of four) stayed in during our India trip. Will come again!»

«Absolutely wonderful! A dreamy place. You must try the houseboat for at least 1 night.»

«Nous avons apprecie la gentillesse du personnel, la proprete de la chambre, le restaurant tres bon (meme si seule une petite partie de la carte etait disponible), l'architecture agreable de l hotel et la proximite du centre ville. 2 bemols cependant : les portes-fenetres de notre chambre (103) ne sont pas jointives donc nous entendions les bruits exterieurs et l'accueil ne dispose d'une caisse pour rendre la monnaie le cas echeant. L ensemble reste tres bien pour un prix tres raisonnable. Je ...

«A wonderful spa hotel with treatments that were professionally performed. Lovely! A minus: the hotel doesn't sell alcohol. I prefer a glass of wine to my food when on vacation. »

«I`ve booked 2 extra nights, because I liked it so much. The Staff are Superfriendly and the view from my Hotel was just fantastic . When I arrived, I hade some Issue that I couldn't walk great. The Staff offered me a different rom where i didnt hade to walk steps and I got my own little pool. This was so great. Specaly on the morning when you can enjoy your breakfast from your own Terrace. I will defently comback next time. »

«Good place with family.»
