«Views of sheep from conservatory in back (where we spent most of our time) and glorious water views from dining table out front which are not shown in listing but should be! Very comfy well equipped older cottage. Keith was great to chat with. The 4 mile one track road in was slow due to the traffic to the Talisker Distillery but that is no fault of the cottage. Just a fact on Skye!»

«The Croft house was an absolute dream. We had everything (and more) that we needed. Catherine is a wonderful host and was available for any questions and made sure we were not lacking for anything. The house is a beautiful setup and the surroundings are magnificent. We enjoyed the highland views, animals rotating on the properties and the beautiful mature garden, all while having comforts like plush towels, a blender, and WiFi (amongst other things). «Objekt und Lage wie in Anzeige beschrieben, Sehr schön, super ausgestattet, hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Sehr gute Idee mit dem Feldstecher in der Küche und dem Vogelbestimmungsbuch. Eine schöne Beschäftigung bei Ebbe. Den Ofen haben wir mit dem vorhandenen Holz nicht angefeuert bekommen. Wegen der Heizung war es aber trotzdem warm. Übergabe war ohne persönlichen Kontakt, was wir schade fanden.»

«We’ve had five nights in this cottage. We where surprised about the landscape driving towards the cottage; lakes, hills and sea. We saw sheep cows and deer. The cottage was a perfect gift to explore the Isle if Sky. Wood for the fireplace, wine on the table and fresh made cake. We where a bit early but very welcomed by Dorothy and Andy. The view looks like a moving painting. I have never seen so many stars in the sky. We went to bed before 9 and slept till 7 like a baby. We lived the history of ...

«Spacious cottage with everything you need. Bedrooms spread apart which we liked. Small garden to the back which is enclosed but does have steps. Also steps up to the main entrance. Cottage was warm and inviting but a little tired in decoration. It overlooks a loch so fabulous location about a 30 minute drive from the Skye bridge. Owner good communicator and helpful.»
