Die gesamte Anlage und der Garten sind wirklich wunderschön. Das Essen ist gut könnte aber an manchen Stellen etwas besser gewürzt sein, was in solchen Ländern eigentlich sonst kein Thema ist. Die Zimmer haben schon länger keine Renovierung erfahren, leider ist die Dusche eine Fehlkonstruktion und es läuft in Strömen heraus. Das war in beiden Zimmern der Fall, die wir hatten. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zu Späßen aufgelegt. Allerdings tendieren einige dazu den Service langsamer zu gestalten und sich ein wenig vor der Arbeit zu drücken, wenn der Chef nicht anwesend ist . Lag vielleicht auch am Ramadan, vielleicht ist es sonst anders. Ich hätte mir etwas mehr erwartet vom Sportprogramm, weil ich es aus anderen Clubs wie Magic Life, Aldiana oder Robinson gewohnt war. Man merkt aber, dass die Animateure keine Ahnung haben und sich selbst irgendetwas ausgedacht haben. Dabei wäre es relativ einfach ein gutes Youtube-Video auswendig zu lernen und z.B den Yoga Kurs durchzuziehen. Es gibt auch eine Surfstation, was aber mit den vielen Absperrungen der Riffs kaum zu meistern ist für Anfänger. Alles in allem war es ein guter Urlaub, ich würde nächstes Mal aber wieder etwas mit mehr Aktivität buchen wollen.

Best staff, beautiful hotel
Loved the beautiful gardens, the beach, the pools and the relaxed and calm atmosphere compared to other hotels in the resort, all adding up to a truly refreshing stay. The food was also fantastic quality, make sure you book at the Arabesque restaurant for a try highlight. Only one minor issue was the cheap wardrobe doors which banged and clashed with the drawers, minor things but stands out against the otherwise excellent quality of the room, maintained to the highest standard by Mohsan (master of the towel art!) and the team.Above everything though, this hotel is all about the staff: you will not find a happier, friendlier, eager-to-please and personable bunch anywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning our return trip

The hotel is kept very clean, and the area looks beautiful. The beach is well-taken care of, watersports (wind-surfing, kite-surfing, SUP, etc.) are available at the beach hotel (at extra price). As advertised, the hotel is very-well suited for families with children. We found it a bit strange that the swimming pool for children is not heated and the water that that pool is cold; so all children are in the heated pool by the bar. Also, it is not mentioned in the hotel description that the kids club only accepts children as from 3 years of age to stay without parents.

Gäste W-LAN funktioniert nicht, man wird tagelang mit vorschieben von Providerproblemen, defekter Leitung oder defektem Router hingehalten. Knallharte Aussage des Personals und auch des Direktors, Hotel ist für die Funktion W-LAN / Internet nicht verantwortlich, einzig verantwortlich sei der Provider, Probleme bestehen schon seit Monaten nach Providerwechsel. Absolut falsche Darstellung und Täuschung der Gäste, da sich Mitarbeiter mit anderen Zugangsdaten problemlos an den gleichen Routern oder acesspoints anmelden können und die Funktion tadellos läuft. Also funktionieren die Komponenten und eine Leitung zum Hotel kann wohl nicht beschädigt sein. Dieses Hotel wird sehr oft empfohlen, dahingehend ist man auch bereit einen höheren Preis zu zahlen, man rechnet nie mit einer derartigen Farce und skrupellos belogen zu werden. Zur Abiturvorbereitung auch während des Urlaubs ist/war das Anpreisen einer kostenlosen W-LAN Verfügbarkeit mit der Auswahlgrund dieses Hotels.

Alles soweit ok, gutes Mittelklassehotel. Aufschlag für Alleinreisende leider sehr hoch. Publikum in den Herbstferien hauptsächlich 60 und viele tätowierte 50 Mittelschicht-Paare aus den neuen Bundesländern. Den Pool mit der Pool-Bar würde ich aus hygienischen Gründen meiden.

We were welcomed by a very welcoming and friendly staff. They were really amazing. Food was the best for us, the varieties, quality and the taste. We enjoyed all our stay there. I will go back again and recommend it to all my friends. My only concern is that the room and the washer-room were old and needed to be renovated.

Great resort with great service. I really enjoyed the facilities (pool, pool table, restaurants). The beach is very crowded however. We did not enjoy that part so much. Its a but pricey for a stay. I would prefer going south and finding a more quiet resort.
