«We went on a 2 day stay and received very bad service, the staff is cold and unwelcoming. The place lacks a lot of lighting and is dull. We requested and booked room with city view and got the oppsige. Had to leave without sleeping there and complained to manager, just for them to not cancel or refund remaining days we didnt stay. I would not recommend this place and the vibes are off»

«There is no checkin reception & you need to self checkin with a code which i was never informed, The room service was pathetic & they informed its only available from 10 am - 6 pm & was not provided the basic water service in the room, the wifi was the poorest i have ever seen, after requesting for improving it there was no response & i requested to get the router placed in the room which never happened. »
