«Fantastic hotel, like a fairytale.»

«room was very clean, well-designed, the furnishings complete and in good order, and the breakfast hot and nourishing. I appreciated the security, quiet, blackout curtains, the comfortable furniture, and surroundings (there is a rail trail across the street for morning walk and a water feature visible from the windows on one side--my room was odd numbered). two little things: the refrigerator and the air-conditioning unit were very noisy as they started, but quieted down in a little while, and ...

«One of the worst hotels that I have stayed in the last 20+ years. The hotel was going under some construction, which was not made aware to us before we booked the room. While the rooms were clean ok, there we issues such as doors won't lock easily, dead bolt wont' lock for inside and worst of all the hot water was not hot enough, it was less that lukewarm and made more a terrible shower experience. «Staff when i checked in was fine. When i checked out the person never looked at me kept staring at keyboard never asked me any questions. She just kept looking at computer and never acknowledged anything i said. I think the staff needs to learn a little customer service. The check in one never explained anything either but at least he looked at me»

«Had a really great stay here, especially the location which was perfect. I also lost my phone at the hotel and one of the staff members made sure I got it back safely. Really appreciate the honesty and effort, it honestly saved my trip.»
