The Josies Cottage apartment building has 2 apartments.<br>One upstairs and one downstairs.<br>The entire house, including both apartments, is available for rent here.<br><br>Each apartment features a double bedroom with air conditioning and an adjoining bathroom. The upstairs apartment also has<br>a small bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom. The living areas upstairs and downstairs offer additional sleeping arrangements,<br>including a balcony in the upper apartment with seating and a terrace in the lower apartment. Both apartments each have a fully equipped kitchen. A microwave and coffee maker<br>are provided. The upper apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. The lower one is suitable for 3 people. The upper apartment can also be accessed via an outdoor staircase. The apartments are also connected by an interior staircase, which can be used if needed. In that case, the house can accommodate 6–7 people. <br>Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. As is recommended everywhere on the island, renting a car is advisable, at least for a few days (<br>), and can be arranged affordably—even at short notice—locally.<br>The house is located about a 10-minute walk from the beach, which is protected by an offshore reef.<br>This stretch of beach is ideal for snorkeling; at high tide, the water drops to about 4 meters, and you can see all kinds of<br>fish, corals, and even sea turtles. The nearest small supermarket is about a 13-minute<br>walk away, and restaurants are about 15 minutes away. <br>Towels and bed linens are provided. The house also has a washing machine. We clean the house every three to four days. Electricity and water are included. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and is free of charge.
