«Wifi did not work and this is not acceptable. Seems a typhoon came through a few weeks ago and broke the server. Everywhere else on the island seemed fine. If there is a wifi problem it needs to be clearly stated when booking. I would have gone elsewhere because cannot unfortunately be disconnected for three days. Spent almost 200 euro on roaming the three days. Local contact said would do his best but no luck. Communication complicated too with local contact as network not working, payment was ...

«Communication and location both great, as were the Sails facilities. Our only concern was the size and layout of some aspects of the two bedroom villa / eg the powder room. Very small. And not being able to use the spa jets in the bathroom, but that’s likely a short term issue. Very good location and a nice pool. »

«Fint hotell rett ved marinaen, gang avstand til ferjene og bussen som går overalt, bortsett fra grusveier.. Få ett rom med utsikt til marinaen og åsene. Hotellet har godt utstyrte suiter med romslig balkong. Frokost med mye varmmat, men lite pålegg. Suiten var rene, men renholderne kom sent, en dag kom de ikke. »

«Rooms are very dirty, out dated , king bed was two singles pushed together and they weren’t matching, toilet seat broken, draws that don’t open properly. But the staff are great and the location is why I will come back »

«The bungalow are cleanand bed is comfortable. I like that there is a fridge and kettle , so that you can have coffe amd sit outsite amd enjoy the view . Very nice view , I love the trees we also spotted a koala in the trees amd some kangeroes near the bungalow. Friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend it »
