«We had a wonderful stay for our 25th anniversary. The Oak room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast for both days was amazing. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Hot Springs.»

«Most of the staff was friendly and kind except for the bartenders during happy hour they were very rude. He was asked to go and get his supervisor and he refused to do so. Orher than the rude bartenders everything else was perfect from room service to the breakfast bar and front door check in. We were greated with a friendly smile and were made to feel welcomed and appreciated. Yes I will be returning but I won't be visiting the bar.»

«Vi skulle se masse i Hot Springs, men når vi kom dit så kollapset jeg i senga. Den sengen var supergod og rommet var kjempefint. Vi fikk 10 dollars voucher i baren som vi heller ikke fikk brukt. Koselig by, veldig hyggelig folk på hotellet :) »

«There were ants in the kitchen and on the dishes as well as hair on the wall in the bathroom and it smelled like an old apartment instead of a fresh areas which could solely be because the age of the property other than that it was nice.»

«This place is less than a mile from the big casino, which was very convenient as we wanted to try our luck. The back parking lot is older and not attended and I wasn't sure if this was part of the place. The Derby Inn is gated so we felt secure there. The room was lovely and the small amenities they gave were great. We called ahead of time to see if we could get an earlier check in time and the staff were very accommodating. «We stayed in Hot Springs for a day and were looking for a decent hotel close to the downtown area and park. This fit the bill perfectly. The property was pretty clean and they served continental breakfast. All in all, not a bad hotel for the value.»
