Noise & Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours; violations may result in a minimum penalty of AED 600.

Maintenance & Utility Disruptions: Occasional disruptions to building amenities or utilities (pool, gym, parking, electricity, water, internet, gas) due to maintenance or municipal issues are beyond our control and not eligible for refunds.

Damages & Missing Items: Please report damage immediately. Missing or heavily stained towels, linens, or covers must be replaced (AED 50–200 per item).

Late Check-Out: Late check-out without prior approval is charged at a minimum of AED 400 per hour (including partial hours), plus any additional costs if it affects cleaning or the next guest`s arrival.

Access Cards: Lost or unreturned access cards incur a minimum replacement fee of AED 700 per card.
Smoking: Smoking indoors incurs a minimum fee of AED 4,500 for deep cleaning, odor removal, and any guest relocation costs.

Liability: Guests are liable for damage caused during their stay, including by visitors, and for any resulting fines; we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
