This accommodation was falsely advertised. The listing stated that a kitchenette equipped with both a stove and an oven was provided; however, upon arrival, neither was available. After raising this issue with staff, I was required to repeatedly follow up and wait for another staff member before a stove was eventually provided. The stove supplied was old, rusty, and unclean, rendering it unsuitable for preparing food, particularly for my disabled son. Also throughout my stay no house keeping was offered.
In addition, the Wi-Fi service was unstable and appeared insecure, raising concerns about potential vulnerability to hacking.
Furthermore, the property is located in an area, with constant harassment from hagglers who repeatedly approached us and would not leave us alone, creating an uncomfortable and distressing environment.
I am extremely disappointed by the misleading information and false advertising, particularly given the high cost of the accommodation. The advertised amenities and location were significant factors in my booking decision, and their absence and shortcomings caused considerable inconvenience, stress, and concern for safety.
