«Delightfully friendly and kind hosts. Very clean place. Simple rooms, with everything you need, and shared washrooms. Nice breakfast. The shuttle to the lift is nice (although also easily walkeable in 10-15 minutes). The onsen bath downstairs is a definite bonus.»

«Grandという事でちょっと格上のルートインでした。フロントの方も丁寧な対応に安心感がありました。 お部屋も普段のルートインよりちょっと広め。 あとお風呂。女湯ですが、シャワーヘッドとドライヤーが全てRefa。選べるシャンプーも何セットかありました。 また、天然温泉。 ビジネスホテルなのに大満足です。 ありがとうございました。»

«We have really enjoyed our stay in this ryokan. Staff were super helpful and considerate. We arrived late at night. There was someone waiting there to greet us, then showed us their onsen which was a heavenly experience after a long day. «The on site Onsen natural baths, being able to choose either a private Onsen or alternative public baths, in the hotel. The private baths meant we could have the bath space to ourselves and wear a cosi! «対応が良かった»

«This is ryoakan with good service, they pick you up at the train station. Which is not far from ryokan, 10 minutes to walk. Room are quite large, you will sleep at the thin futons and have buckwheat pillows. It seems to be family driven ryokan and the olderly couple who owns this place are really, really sweet. They don't speak english, but thats whats makes it adventurous. »

«Great place, had a very comfortable stay. Good onsen and complimentary drinks and snacks. Ideal for skiing Shiga kogen or Nozawa onsen. Perfect for the snow monkeys. Will visit again. »
