«My husband and I had a magical night at the lodge. The attention to detail started the moment we stepped in with welcome drinks (non-alcoholic option available) and handmade chocolates in the shape of rocks. The view outside our room was out of this world. The dinner (included in our room rate) was world class - inventive and high quality ingredients. The breakfast the next morning had several options to choose from. One of our most special stays!»

«The place has a breathtaking view of the airport. We enjoyed it from the afternoon all the way into the staring evening. Mary was very friendly and even let us use the kitchen for dinner and breakfast. But the coolest part was definitely the three airplanes displayed inside the house—I took so many photos to show off!»

«Lake Ruataniwha Holiday Park was a great choice for our family. The kids had a blast playing in the playground with other kids and exploring the park grounds and the lake. We were surprised by the Rosehip cottage in the best way. The cottage is very spacious with two separate bedrooms, a generous size bathroom and the washing machine was very convenient. We’d definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. »

«This place exceeded my expectations! I initially thought it would be more like a lodge or motel, but it turned out to be beautifully luxurious and incredibly cozy. The bed is very comfortable, and the room is spacious and well-appointed. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only slight downside is that the view isn’t particularly impressive, but everything else more than makes up for it. Highly recommended! 🌟»

«Great place to sleep and drive to other attractions. The town itself didn’t have a lot to do, but it did have a decent sized shopping centre and restaurant hub. Staff cleaned room daily, and check in/out process was easy. Nice to have a kitchenette and private washroom in our room.»
