«The service, the food, and concierge service is amazing. The property itself is beautiful. The staff is great. Bruno is an amazing host. They really take care of you and want you to have a great experience. I booked several activities with their concierge service after coming from Machu Picchu. They accommodated some last minute requests and I am so happy that I used their concierge service instead of looking elsewhere to explore the Sacred Valley. They have the best communication and I ...

«We booked this hotel as it was a higher end luxury hotel and hence didn’t mind paying twice as much as the other hotels in the Sacred Valley. The gardens were beautiful and the exterior is cool, staff was friendly, nice big comfy bed and the dinner food was tasty. Drawbacks were that it didn’t really feel as nice as we expected for the price. It’s quite old (not in a charming way), the cold water suddenly cut while showering scolding me, the toilet stopped flushing (no, we didn’t clog it :p), ...

«I really liked the staff, each of them. They ask me in advance when I’d have my meal, they are attentive, and they’re kind and honest people. The dog and cats at this property contributed to a friendly atmosphere as well.»

«Nice place, near city center and easy access to transportation. Beautiful room, just a bit noisy. No A/C, so have to keep the patio door open. No fans available, so bring a small travel one if necessary. Would stay again, beautiful little town.»

«Gracias»

«In the middle of no where. Disappointing food at the restaurant. »

«Nice hotel set in a beautful valley. Had some problems with the food in the resturant. A place to relax. Note that they charge all consumption with an extra 10% servicecharge.»

«Aranwa looks like it has been a fantastic hotel, but it isn't anymore. The premises are fantastic, but not well maintained. Food was absolutely terrible, we almost couldn't eat it. Breakfast was also terrible. And this is quite shocking since all the other food we god in Peru has been amazing. The location in the Sacred Valley is nice but not a must. For going to Machu Picchu I would consider staying in Aguas Calientes instead. And the WiFi didn't work. »

«Just wow. The location and facilities were perfect. The food was delicious, and the staff were some of the friendliest, most service-oriented people I’ve ever encountered. They even had alpacas we could feed—plus kittens and ponchos! This place is truly a hidden gem. Highly recommended.»

«I stayed one day/night at this hotel, and the experience was fantastic. This is not a luxury hotel, but the views, gardens, and food were excellent! The staff at the restaurant were kind, friendly, and respectful.»

«Very nice property in a quiet area with amazing mountains view.»

«Veldig god service fra alle ansatte. Alle går virkelig inn for å møte alle ønsker man har. Eks.
